I’d lost a diamond from my trilogy engagement ring and was distraught. I thought about going through the insurance they said try looking online for repair shop who can assess the damage with photos which for me was a real bonus. Jewellery Repairs sent me the insured envelope and ring come back after about 2 weeks perfectly restored. I’ve been married 45 years and my ring come back to me the day after my husband died so that ring is even more precious to me than ever. Thank you Jasmine

Had a hole drilled in an old pendant. Small job but very happy with the finished job and the customer service. Would definitely use again.

I was told by 2 jewellers my ring wasn’t worth repairing! Jason dismantled the ring and rebuilt it. It is an antique ring of sentimental value. It can now be worn with pride. So glad I found this site. I would recommend it 100%.

I have had a St Christopher pendant for many years but eventually the poor thing was in need of attention and some TLC. We have a few local jewellers that would have done it, but I think of it as part of me, so I wanted to do it properly. Jasmines were absolute perfection. Like others, I was doubtful sending my pendant away by post, but it was all done perfectly. Jasmine kept in touch the whole time, even by WhatsApp which I found refreshing. Couldn’t be more pleased than the service I received from this company. They gave an estimated cost, which actually ended up being cheaper than first thought, gave full instructions on how to send them my jewellery, giving me various options, and repaired it to my full satisfaction. It was a Swarovski necklace, which is hard to get repaired, even Swarovski themselves don’t repair their own jeweller!, and this company were the only ones who said they could. Full marks to them, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Would 100% recommend this company- I had my engagement ring repaired which had lost 2 diamonds and 2 claws and my pearl necklace which needed a complete restring and replacement stones and spacers. They now both look as good as new, I’m delighted to be able to wear them again. Very reasonably priced and communication was first class - will definitely be using your service again. Fantastic service from start to finish. The pricing was very competitive, the turnaround was impressively quick, and the repair is flawless. They fixed a broken link in my rope chain, and I genuinely can't tell where it was repaired. If I didn't know which link had broken, I'd never be able to find it! It's like the break never happened. Excellent craftsmanship and a smooth, hassle-free service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely not worth the money. The quality of the workmanship was poor from the moment I received my jewellery. It was obvious that very little care or attention had gone into the piece and the work looked rushed and poorly finished. To make matters worse, my vintage jewellery fell apart after only a couple of days, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering I trusted them with something of sentimental value. Given the overwhelming amount of positive feedback, I expected a high standard of craftsmanship and service but the reality was the complete opposite. The quality was disappointing, the service was terrible and the entire experience was a waste of money. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Update: before this review I emailed them “No worries, the dispute has been cancelled and settled. I’ve also decided to leave an honest review about my overall experience. Unfortunately, my vintage bangle has completely fallen apart because of whatever was done to it while it was in your care. It clearly wasn’t handled appropriately for a piece of its age, and it feels like no care or attention was given during the work. I’m not interested in a refund anymore. I’d rather leave a truthful review reflecting my experience so others know what to expect. The way my jewellery was returned and the condition it ended up in speaks for itself.”

After just a couple of hours, Trustpilot notified me that this business has already tried to get my review removed. That says everything about the kind of business they are more interested in silencing honest criticism than taking responsibility for their actions. Every word of my review is truthful. They’ve taken all of my money, left me with absolutely nothing but a mess of a jewellery piece and instead of addressing that they’re trying to hide the truth. That speaks volumes about their integrity.

The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly! Was all such a nice and fast experience. I can’t thank them enough this necklace means alot to me and they did an incredible job ❤️

Did exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price, and timeframe. I would recommend these for any kind of jewellery repair, especially considering you don't have to leave your house apart from posting, which is still a massive bonus.

First Class! What can I say. I sent 3 rings off to be resized and too have stones replaced. I was kept informed,every step of the way of the way by Jasmine. I was nervous at first sending my jewellery to be repaired through the post,but it was so easy and Jasmine contacted me as soon as my jewellery was recieved by them. I have other items that need repairing and resizing and I won't hesitate to send them to Jason,Ken and Jasmine to take care of. Such a good experience and my rings look brand new!
