J’attends ma commande mais il y a beaucoup trop de sollicitations pour d’autres articles sur le site, c’est casse pied !

I am excited for this product but I do not like having to go through numeous other products before getting to pay for the one I am buying.

Too many other offers and the price quoted wasn't what I paid - it was $30 more.

Reactions towards my complaint were going from impossible to we will control to we will solve this problem as soon as possible. The people sitting and working behind customer service understand their job and they deserve congratulations for finalising the problems by refunding the paid amount and cancel the running order

Anytime I don't need a new password to make a purchase, I good.

Kept in touch as item took a while to arrive.
Once arrived fitted to hosepipe but did not do what I expected it to do, so will return the item.

Easy buying experience

Spouse placed an order by mistake. I sent email message within 15 minutes telling them to cancel the order. This was their reply:
“I just got a response from the warehouse regarding your order and was informed that it has already been packed and dispatched for shipping, so, unfortunately, no changes or cancelation is no longer possible.”

The website is purposely designed to disguise the ordering process and does not present an order summary to the buyer prior to checkout.

Ordering experience I just ordered and have recieved yet.
