DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS Bought a heated jacket for a Christmas present but it didn't heat up. Requested a replacement or refund. No what they wanted was a video showing the fault, oh yes, in your dreams. Kept emailing but no response so £44 down the drain. Just gave up in the end. Frankly just fed off with these companies. Message is buy British. Also go under the name of JADE (JH) DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I brought my nephew a transformers car paid extra for it to be shipped faster but it was still late in when I got my toy it was broken never worked I emailed them in they never replied back to me finna sue they asses

Ordered cars for grandsons, took 68 days to arrive. I did get my money back. They arrived and was charged on my account after refusing them from the postal services. Was ripped off by them

jetsetso is NOT a reputable company. I ordered the robot transformer car day after Thanksgiving. I hadn't receved it after 14 days so I started sending them emails requesting them to up date the status of my order. It took forever for them to respond, with a shipping tracking site. I kept checking the status and it hadn't moved in 2 weeks.. I again started to write emails to them requesting a phone number and requesting how I could return the product if and when it arrived, it was apparent it wasn't going to get to me by Christmas, I wrote every day to them, they finally responded with an apolgy that it was late and offered me a 15% refund on the car. The car arrived 3 days after Christmas just in a bubble wrap envelope. The packaged had been opened, and the edge of the box was dented in. My grandson tried playing with it, but the car would not fully open up into a robot, and sometimes it wouldn't open up at all, the car is defective. Very cheaply made, the material it is made out of is of very cheap plastic. I now am trying to make contact with them again, as of yet no response. I will continue to send emails to them. If I do not hear from them in a week, I am going to contact my credit card company to see what options I have. UPDATE; I finally heard back from Jetletso on Jan 5. They offered me a $10 refund, a replacement & I could keep the broken one. I immediatly wrote them back and declined their offer, and once again asked for a complete Refund, with my reason why I declined the offer. This is the last time I heard from them, and I writen them 4 times since. They will not respond. I cannot stress it enough. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. DON'T EVEN CHANCE IT. This company is out of CHINA and their products are JUNK, and they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

Ive ordered two transformer cars and they arrived 1 month late even if Ive paid extra fees to get it in time for Christmas. They want to charge me 20USD plus shipping fees to send it back to China. The items are super cheap. Dont recommand at all this compagny. Its a fraud!!

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered on December 2, 2019 a transformer car as a Christmas gift. It is not January 12, 2020 and I have not received. I was billed for the item and there is not a telephone number to call them. This is very poor business.. The email address does not work either.

Ordered 2 remote control cars on 12/11/19. Still nothing as of 1/8/20. They charged my cc on 12/12.

Do not use this site, ordered a heated gilet yet told out of stock so asked for refund. They kept delaying saying would give free gloves, discount etc to delay refund then finally delivered poor quality item and then ignored all requests for return address and refund.
They sell on Facebook as well as other sites.

Ordered a vest..They said it was on bk order going to send free gloves. Recived email saying order is on its way gave tracking number but can't track order. That was Dec 13th 2019 it's now 1-4-2020 still nothing

I ordered 2 cars on November 9th and my credit card was charged the same day. I received the cars January 2nd. These were suppose to be Christmas gifts. The quality is that of a Dollor General Store that you would pay a couple dollars for. I wish I had read the reviews prier to ordering. I was totally shocked to see the cheap quality. Please do not order from this company.

I order 1 bumblebee transformers car ,On december 11,2019 and I still dont get it ,Almost one months and I still dont get it, Im very disappoint.

This company is a fraud. They took my money and have not delivered the product in over 2 months. I ordered 3 robot transformers before November 1st. I was supposed to receive the products within 20 days. They will not give me my money back and keep sending a fake generic email.
BEWARE. FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Ordered on 10 December postman said he returned my order on 30 December due to no info on the box so was sent back to china NOT HAPPY

I ordered 2 cars for my grandsons on the 3rd, did not get an email or a phone number. I am contacting my bank now, this has never happen to me ever and I will be sure not to order from them ever again. I tried to have something nice for these boys and this is what I get nothing. Please do not order from this place.

Very disappointing. You should be closed down. I see by the reviews I’m not the only one that didn’t receive their purchase. I will be disputing this with my bank. You should be ashamed. So many disappointed children at Christmas because of you. Terrible company

I would have never ordered from this company had I known it was coming from China. Supposedly sitting on the dock in China since December 7. I have requested a refund multiple times, still no reply. I am on a tight budget so can't afford to get my grandson another Christmas present.
