I was a bit wary booking with a third party for my upcoming travel however using Jetabroad has been an exceptional experience. The booking was easy. The communication was great. I loved the updates and notifications about my upcoming travel. I will have no hesitations recommending Jetabroad or using them for future travels.

Well I got delayed going to Cape Town. Had to spend a night in a dreadful hotel in Addis Ababa. Then on my return my luggage was significantly delayed - Jetstar made me feel as if it was my fault. No compensation from them at all.

I book flights to Thailand, Vietnam and Bali. Great price and everything was verified and communicated nicely to me. Very happy overall.

Booking system easy and follow up email was prompt and received confirmation email in a timely manner too so far very happy.

Smooth online booking service with affordable prices

Great experience with Jetaboard. Their pricing was competitive, and the customer service team was responsive and easy to deal with. I ended up being charged extra for my luggage during checkin BUT the jetaboard team were quick to process my refund so that I’m not out of pocket. Really appreciated how fast and smoothly everything was handled on the issue. Will choose them again.

It was good but hard to work out how to book flights for more than one person so we all get on the same flight

I had an extremely disappointing and misleading experience with Jatabroad.co.uk. The website advertised flight prices through Skyscanner at around £3,401, which is why I clicked through to book. However, after spending time entering passenger details and proceeding through the booking process, the price suddenly changed dramatically.

When reaching the payment stage, the price jumped to £6,976, which is more than double the advertised amount. At another stage it displayed a message saying “That low price just got away” and tried to justify the new inflated fare.

This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic — attracting customers with unrealistically low prices and then increasing the fare once they are invested in the booking process. It wastes customers’ time, creates frustration, and is highly misleading.

I strongly believe websites should advertise genuine live prices, not lure customers in with prices that are unavailable or impossible to book.

My concerns:
• Misleading pricing shown on comparison sites like Skyscanner
• Massive price increases during checkout
• Wasting customer time collecting details before revealing true cost
• Unfair and deceptive sales tactics

I would not recommend using this company based on my experience.

I will also be reporting this matter to Skyscanner, Trading Standards, and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) for misleading advertising.

I have used Jetabroad previously and each time the service has been excellent. The site itself is easy to navigate and the information regarding flights is detailed. Jetabroad provide a thorough search and find the best prices. I have recommended them to friends.

JetAbroad was very prompt with the handling of our booking to Stockholm flying China Eastern. All correspondence was swift and accurate. I have no hesitation to recommend JetAbroad for cheap tickets.

Do not use this company. I booked airline tickets and the day before my flight realized there had been a change to my ticket that meant I missed my connection and had no other options that day to make it to my destination. Neither Jetabroad nor the airline let me know of this change. Nor did Jetabroad help me secure a new ticket. However, they still want to charge me their fees!

They did not provided complete information from the begining and not accuracy in the Airlines booking number.

I booked a flight and turns out that the day was wrong went to reschedule it 10 hours after purchase and they denied refund, usually 24 hours refund is possible.

They will respond to emails but there is no customer service number if you need to speak to someone. Overall, I'm happy with the service and would use them again.

I have had a terrible experience trying to reschedule flights then submitted the form to request a refund but had no update on this at all. It has been going on for 2 to 3 weeks now.

Been really difficult to get a straight answer on my refund. I had to fork out a lot to get back home and has left me in a difficult position. I am questioning every day when I will receive my refund.

A trip from Christchurch to Honolulu was changed. The new flight has me arriving a day late, and has 3 layovers, one of which is over 16 hours long. I have emailed them. They said call the airline. I called. The airline said they aren’t authorized to make the change . This is not good.
