Do not waste your money and time!
To keep a long story short, the item I bought from this company was of a poor quality, nothing like the photo on the website.
The returns are not hassle free as mentioned on the website. They make you send the return to China and pay with your own money.
Then they say there are issues with the customs and you don’t get your refund, nor you hear back from this company.
I wasted my money and time with this company. I will never purchase from them again.

I like that the dress doesn’t wrinkle badly after sitting for a while. I wore it for a long afternoon out and still looked decent by the end.

I love the way you can try on clothing online . I have purchased this item to wear with a trouser suit that I am wearing for my wedding in November. It’s a lovely colour pink to go over a dark blue trousers and white top all in one suit .

Easy to use website with a beautiful range of products. Ordering was easy with Apple Pay option also.

Easy to order and a very prompt reply when I had a question.

I would give ZERO or negative if it were possible.

The boots i ordered arrived late and bore little resemblance to the pictures on the website. They were not s standard uk/eu size, incredibly poorly made.

I tried to return them using their 30 day no quibble return policy but they then insisted on me either posting the item back TO CHINA at my own expense or accepting a paltry 20% refund and keeping the useless shoes.

These people are pure scam merchants.

The website is really easy to navigate and Jesse London has a range of colours sizes and variations of all their products. The customer feedback is excellent, responses are almost immediate and very helpful. Will be ordering again very soon!!
