Good Service but needs to improve communication
My Hot Toys order finally arrived today after pre ordering over a year ago. For first time buyers just be aware that hot toy orders can take a very long time.
Overall the Jedi Archives has been very good and the payment spread system was an incredible idea and worked great. My only issue was that communication was really poor.
Over the year I had sent multiple emails requesting an update on what was happening with the order and never once got a reply. I honestly thought I was getting scammed at one point.
Eventually I did end up ringing the store and the guy on the phone was very friendly and explained the whole process of ordering from hot toys, usually they are updated on a window on when to expect a batch of orders to arrives. He also explained there might be some issues with the email and they would look into it.
Skip half a year later, we got past the expected release window so I emailed again with a different email to try get an update and again was met with silence.
At this point I just decided to be patient wondering if I would ever get my order.
Skip to this week, 1 year, 3 months after putting in my order, I got a text saying that my order was dispatched, within two days and my package has arrived and the statue looks great!
Overall was a good experience but could really work on that communication!! Thanks for the statue!

Thanks for leaving us a review Alex and great to hear you love the Scarlet Witch figure. We appreciate your feedback as we also want to improve and we've been looking into better ways to keep in touch as email is notoriously unreliable.
We've been working on a new communication system which will go live in the new year, which will making communication from both sides much easier. Hot Toys are one of the trickiest due to the nature of ETAs be updated regularly and hopefully some tweaks to our pre order system will help keep you in the the loop.

Star Wars fans well catered for.
I have a Star Wars fan for a kid who has been talking my ear off about a character I have never heard of. I didn't expect he had been made into a figure but he had but everywhere I looked was sold out or pre orders. I stumbled upon the Jedi Archive by chance and I was not disappointed. A fantastic selection with reasonable delivery costs. It came carefully packaged in mint condition and on time. I especially liked the care that obviously goes into making sure your stuff gets to you safely which is rather rare in some big name chains. This will be my go to store from now on.

Reasons
A. Fanatic online experience
B. Customer Service is the best ever experienced. Email, message or on the phone they great to deal with.
C. Parcel is presented and well packaged with sealed tape printed with ‘JediArchives’ and a little sticker to say who packed parcel.
For me this goes along way.

Good UK company to buy Hot Toys
can’t complain. They delivered as promised. The item I bought from the Jedi archives arrived on time, well packaged, and I couldn’t be more happy about it.
The communication about preorders could be improved. Overall, 5 stars!

premium format
Ordered a premium format statue that I paid off using their flex pay program, paid it off everything went smooth Ben was really really helpful and tried his best communicating with me (I probably got on his nerves with all my requests for updates) it came an it’s perfect!
Couldn’t be happier and recommend them enough.
