POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE COMMUNICATIONS
I ordered and paid for a Jean Jacket in a large size. I received a 2XL. My request for exchange was denied. When I emailed customer service for a reason or an exchange no response was received. I have emailed Jeans4you.shop multiple times. NO RESPONSE. I paid for a large size. I should not have to accept a 2XL. Not only did they not honor their exchange procedure, but the communications from Jeans4you.shop has been non-existence.

If the fit isn't ideal, we recommend selecting a smaller or larger adjusted size according to how your received jacket fits, rather than the size indicated on the clothing label.

My Item was left outside my door. It would have been nice to be contacted via cellphone as you requested to take my contact details. I am very happy with my purchase, however with a lot of people trying to take people parcels I would of thought I’d be notified.

My item was shipped relatively quickly, especially for an international order. There was a small shipping issue, but the customer support team handled it promptly. Dont buy from them , cheap AF
Delivery long as hell and when received the materiel was so cheap with many default (Ex:No hole for the button, size way smaller than a real one, jeans thin AF). i needed to refund all of them. I buy for 468$ they grant my refund in gift cart for 443$ and when i do the math for the total of the gift cart i get only 309$ . And to finish they NEVER respond to my email. Never buy from them again . You better pay higher price to get quality than buying cheap chinese jeans .
