Order 2 pair of shorts from them and never received them. I contacted them several time and they would say at first they were lost in shipping. Then that wasn’t a good order number. Finally after an 15 different email they said they sent my money back. Never received a dime.

I ordered Judy Blue Jeans but what I received was a no name brand. Quality cheap. Do NOT order from this company as it is a SCAM. I've learned my lesson about ordering from companies advertising on FaceBook.

Bought shoes and ordered my normal size. Their size 46 said it was XXX wide. NOT. Tried to return and they refused. Terrible customer service. Beware

If I could give zero stars I would. Jeans are made and shipped from China not the US. Poor quality, not as pictured. Waste of money!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company claims to sell Judy Blue shorts but the shorts you receive are counterfeit. They claim to be a company in the US but it’s China. They false advertise stealing pics of models wearing Judy Blue. When I tried to email them for a refund they wouldn’t respond. Luckily I purchased through PayPal and was able to file a dispute. They responded to PayPal and I was able to get a partial refund. I could have pushed it for a full refund but I didn’t. I immediately received the partial refund. Steer clear of this company!!! They are scammers.

I ordered what I thought was Judy Blue shorts. Instead, I received generic shorts with blank tag on back. I contacted them and they wouldn't refund my money. I know they came from China as I watched through shipping. I am very dissatisfied and I hope I can save other people from ordering from this company. They are frauds.

Total scam, they advertised Judy blue dad shorts. What what arrived was a fake knock off the tag on the back didn’t even have a name on it. I ordered a medium. They usually fit good these are way too big. Contacted the company and ask for a refund as they definitely were not Judy blue jeans. They looked horrible on. Honestly they look like somebody took an old pair of jeans and just cut them off and took a brown leather patch and sold it on the back everybody I show these shorts too couldn’t believe it and said don’t wear them. They’re terrible. Contacted them told them faults advertising and they are too big. They asked for a picture so I sent a picture of them then they asked for video And said they needed proof of defect. I sent out three emails one stating there was no defect it was false advertising in the end. They sent an email saying they’ve had lots of positive reviews. There was nothing wrong with what I received. It is what I was ordered and they could help me no further scam do not buy from them

These people are scammers they are Steelers. They represent Judy blue brand jeans and they are not Judy blue brand jeans. They steal from elderly widowed women and will not refund the money or exchange the jeans for the correct brand. Do not buy from these people.

Fraud company. Selling Jean shirts as Judy Blue brand that are not Judy Blue. Sent me shorts advertised as Judy Blue high waisted Bermuda shorts and they are some cheap short shorts with no name label. When disputed they told PayPal I had to pay return fees and gave Vietnam address that would cost $38 to return shirts I paid $40 for. When write to complain they say not Judy Blue they just call them Judy Blue and can’t help if same name as some other company. Said they sent what I ordered. They are not what I ordered, can’t wear shirt shirts at my age. Scam from tic tic or Facebook where I saw add for shorts.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of shorts. They don't fit. Instead of them, giving me the information to return them and get a different size. She wants to go back and forth about arguing that I ordered the right size. I sent pictures in a video showing her that you do not fit. Horrible customer service.I do not recommend buying from them.

Customer service is terrible. Read the fine print can’t return what doesn’t fit if it’s not defective now I’m stuck and out the money

HAPPY with Judy Blue jeans!I’ve seen the hype and finally decided to try them—and I’m glad I did.The fit is spot on, super flattering, and they have just the right amount of stretch without losing shape.I’ve worn them multiple times already and they still feel brand new.Shipping was fairly quick and they arrived nicely packaged.Definitely one of my favorite denim purchases in a while!Already eyeing another pair.

I ordered jeans with 2 holes and was surprised they came with just one button.Delivery took some time.I sent a video showing what arrived and they told me they’ll send another pair.They were responsive and polite. We’ll see how the replacement turns out!

This is my first (and LAST) dealings with this company! Their customer service is absolutely RUDE! They claim to be fully committed to the quality of their product but they are not and do not care if you agree with the quality of their product and they do not care if you are not satisficed or if it doesn't fit. They do not care about their customers or continued business!
I explained to this company that what they sent me was not the same as what they advertised in the picture. Also, the claimed that size L was the equivalent of a size 12 in U.S. It IS NOT! I sent pictures and proof of this and they refused to start a return process and refused to give me my $40 dollars back! They wouldn't even offer exchange for the correct product!!!
After several communications from the day I received the product (April 7th/8th), pictures sent, and comparison this is what they sent me:
"Hello
Thank you for contacting us.
We hope this email finds you well. We are fully committed to the quality of our products. The product we sent you is free of defects and has received positive feedback from customers, so we are sorry that we cannot assist you further. We hope you have a good experience with the product.

So, this is what I finally sent back:
"You did NOT send me what you advertised!!!!!! Look at the difference in the pictures!
You are a fraud!!! Any TERRIBLE customer service FORCING customers to keep your product even when unsatisfied. Basically it comes down to this: I am forced, by YOU, to keep a product that is 2 sizes too small (smaller than advertised) and YOU basically STOLE $40 from me!
Best Regards to YOUR AWFUL Company!"

*If I could include my pictures I would. I took the shorts they sent me (size L/Size 12 US) and placed them on top a size 12 (made in China) pair of shorts I already own to show that what they sent was at least 2 sizes too small and they still wouldn't refund or exchange. They are a fraud! Larceny!

If attachment were allowed, I could attach a picture of my order compared to what I was actually sent. All I can do is warn any other potential customers to stay away and not support this company with your business!

Nope! NOPE! NOPE!!!!! Delivery time is very long. The doing is also extremely inaccurate! I ordered a size 4. I assure you, the jeans sent were NOT a 4! I have some old 8-10s…they are just as big, yet so much longer! It’s actually laughable how long they are! I need stilts!
Customer service is very slow and quite rude. I first emailed the support email box to which they sent instructions for a return. I was to enter my order number in the website. Well, huh! My order number doesn’t exist. There was an error—over and over we and over. I emailed support again. Very rude replies.

I ordered Bermuda shorts. Bermuda shorts have an inseam of 7 to 10 inches. The shorts I received had an inseam of 4 inches and that's being generous. I tried to email the company but when I tried to send it a pop-up message said the order number was not found. I copied the order number from their confirming email. I would never do business with this company again.
UPDATE
I forwarded a copy of the email order confirmation with their company name all over it. They replied that after reviewing what I sent, "I would like to confirm that these do not correspond to any products or orders from our company. Please double-check to see if there might be a mix-up with another entity."
I certainly didn't make up the email, I would think that they would be a little more concerned that someone was impersonating them online if it wasn't from them! I got taken but won't make that mistake again! My review stands.
