JDS serviced my boiler and fitted new radiators. Good service and fair price.

I have been a customer for many years and have always found Dougie and the team to provide exceptional service. They installed my current boiler around six or seven years ago and have been servicing it annually ever since. Their professionalism and expertise are truly commendable. Recently, with all the freezing weather, I encountered a couple of minor glitches with my boiler. Both times, I phoned for assistance, and they were able to talk me through the fixes over the phone in just minutes. Their ability to diagnose and resolve issues so efficiently is impressive. Dougie and the team are not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly and approachable. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone. They really are a fantastic bunch who provide outstanding service.

Our exisiting gas boiler failed while we were away from home, just as the current cold snap was starting.
A complete nightmare.

After calling a few companies who could not attend for at least one week, I contacted JDS and explained the problem and concerns regarding frozen pipes.

JDS were exceptional, they organised an engineer to visit within a few hours and diagnosed the problem.

After discussing the issue and possible courses of action we opted for a new boiler based on age and the nature of the fault.

The replacement boiler was installed the following day.

In the interim we were provided with good advice on how to minimise the chance of frozen pipes by having portable heaters stategically placed.

From start to finish the whole process was faultless.
I feel we received exceptional service and value for money.

I would recommend JDS to anyone requiring heating / plumbing work.

These guys will be my number one go to for any future work.

Efficient friendly and very professional for our service. Picked up on an issue that was slowing down the radiators heating up and rectified with zero fuss.

My family has had a few boiler issues recently with boilers. First of all, my 90 year old mother had a boiler leak last week. Phoned JDS and Ryan attended that same day and fixed it.
It doesn’t rain but it pours. My daughter then had a boiler leak two days ago. Ali called and confirmed what I suspected … the boiler was done. With a young child in the house, JDS went out of their way to re-arrange their scheduling which allowed them to fit a new boiler the following day. Superb customer service. I’m glad to say that I’m getting the boiler they fitted last year, serviced tomorrow so hopefully things will be plain sailing from now on.

Being using JDS Gas Services for years now. Jennifer is always helpful and prompt with appointments. Ally arrived in the morning and is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Answers any questions and gives the best advice what to do with heating system. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Quick to give appointment. On the day we were given an arrival time within a hour window and arrived as expected. On arrival Ryan was pleasant, business like and knowledgeable. Installed required thermostat control and checked and bled all radiators before leaving. Neat worker.

On a Saturday our boiler broke down - texted the service - came and done the job in 90min which included a fast visit to circuit board supplier AWESOME ! Since the we have these guys doing wee other jobs with our boiler n communicate via texts as we are deaf - great company to do our gas central heating hail hail JDS!!

Once again JDS to the rescue . Nothing is too much bother for them- from installing our new boiler, replacing a radiator and just last week replacing our outside tap. Thanks again
