I went for a review of my situation
I found out that I misunderstood the meanings of certain words in the contract describing my annuity, primarily the word "Income," which is not the same as the IRS uses it. These are my words, not those of the Teacher, as I will call the Consultant. I need to set up another appointment to begin to repair the damage of my previous misconceptions before our life's savings are misappropriated forever.
