Great space!
Really good gyms, i feel like a better gym etiquette needs to be enforced. Nobody re-racking weights, everything left out of place. A lot of tripping hazards if people aren’t paying attention.
Enjoy the vibe of the gym, very spacious and has everything I need.

Overrated
Overrated, Mostly crowed with all the men crowding around the Weight area. Customer support is awful, have requested them cancellation since day of purchasing the membership yet no one has come back to me. I would rather not waste another month in this crowded gym of West bromwich

Personally intimidating for beginners
Be honest would of found the gym very intimidating without my personal trainer in regards to alot of free weights equipment compared to plate machines which I find more helpful when going gym by myself as a beginner and also price for this experience has me in 2 minds of staying on my membership

Nice and clean and smell good
Have see a lot of people complaining the gym isn't nice and the sauna smell bad but guess what I registered and what they were saying was rubbish is just let them to loss customer but I noticed that everything was amazing and order, the men bathroom was super clear and smell good as well have never been in a gym where by men bathrooms is super clear for me is a perfect gym and clean 🙇🙏❤️😍🔥🔥🔥

Sandwell gym is brilliant but let down by how long showers have been out of use only 2hot showers between a lot of male users long waiting times in changing room really should be fixed within 48hrs of being reported not two weeks and still waiting.

Cleanliness needs work!
All in all a fantastic gym with lots of equipment available! However, I have noticed the cleanliness really does need work. Specifically in ladies toilets and showers, I understand if it isn’t the job description of the reception staff however I think the gym would benefit from hiring a cleaning team. That is my only criticism which is why I have to knock off 2 stars, but don’t let my review stop you from going. It’s a really good gym!

Hello! Thanks for leaving us some feedback, we appreciate it.
We are a 24-hour gym in West Bromwich, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed t for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.
