Excellent, all clean

Bathrooms and gym equipment are clean, really appreciate that. Good music which helps when I forget my AirPods :D. Only thing wrong would be there’s water leaking from the ceiling in all different places. But nonetheless the Gym is amazing, I would love to have one in my home country, Namibia.

We’ve been trying to communicate with you about canceling our membership and heard nothing.

Great atmosphere and layout,
but lacks variety of machines.
Bit behind the times in modern machines
To many benches taking up space
3 rows never used
Need to invest in new equipment

JD is always quiet no matter what time I go, there’s always plenty machines to use and it’s the only gym I’ve been to where I don’t feel judged or like I’m being watched by other gym members.

Great Gym, great staff

Exceptional layout, friendly staff, nice and clean, however the main reason I joined was for the use of the boxing. The bags are a bit soft especially at the top area possibly from low hanging and usage. I would like to suggest improvements:
Since they are 4 bags 2 could be heavy bags 1 Thai boxing bag and an uppercut bag. This offers a variety of combinations and appeals to a more variety of people in different combat sports.

I hope this improvement is possible.

You could go a step further by adding to this exceptional gym by adding a speed ball and an aqua bag, wow if all this was in place it would be such a complete facility.

Very well laid out gym, easy to use and in a relatively convenient location for the west side of the city

great staff and equipment

The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Made joining feel a lot easier, especially for a first timer!

Good first visit. Pleased with the amount and variety of equipment All I needed for my workout were available and no having to wait for any machines. Quite a buzzy atmosphere when I got in tho there was some maintenance work at the entrance with tapes and buckets which didn’t give best first impression. Don’t let that put you off the actual gym was to a high standard

I’m a 67yr old female and thought I might feel intimidated . Found it to be the opposite . Never been to a gym until now. I have been 6 days this week.

Great gym loads of top 👌 equipment just a great to b kick on .

The gym itself is pretty good. Lots of weights and assisted weight machines. I’ve never had to wait long for a machine. The treadmills are quite narrow and the belt moved on the one I used the other day. The cross trainers delete all your info (calories burned miles climed etc) if you stop moving for a second. The changing rooms aren’t very clean, hair stuck on the shower wall for 2 days running means no one has been in to clean it… the stretching mats don’t appear to be cleaned either.

Excellent gym with up to date equipment, plenty squat racks - no waiting around. Clean changing rooms

Really massive gym with a bonkers amount of equipment. Classes are really good too and there are lots of them. The shower is horrible, have to push a button to use, no temperature control and no where to put you clothes in the shower stall. For £20 a month it's an absolute bargain though and I'll shower at home.
