JD Gyms Blackpool offers an amazing range of classes . Body Pump and Body Combat are especially great, and they fit perfectly around the school schedule. Luke’s Saturday circuits are always a standout, and Hannah’s X-Fit sessions are absolutely brilliant too.

Been a member over 3 years and since the new management standards and cleanliness have improved massively. Good range of equipment . Shout out to Hannah who’s always on the gym floor talking to members

Hannah Deacon is my PT at JD Blackpool. She’s always friendly, welcoming and makes the sessions fun while pushing me every time

Can take up to 30 days to cancel your membership I wonder why, sould just be automated, they just want more money out of you even if your not happy with te gym, email is pathetic 30 days to cancel a membership

Great service, came for a day pass everything was clean and tidy

I came to the gym recently just to check it out and was welcomed by a staff member called Ashley. He shown me around in great depth and also demonstrated on how to use a few machines that I was unsure about. I have now signed up for this gym as I felt it had a friendly atmosphere and was very welcoming thanks to Ashley 🙂

JD Gym Blackpool is great. I’ve recently joined. I like the open plan layout, it makes it easy to see where the equipment is and what’s free. The spin room is great, plenty of space and good instructors. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Gym is very clean, the ladies changing rooms are spotless. Great to have antibacterial wipes around too. Very impressed and really good value 😊

Blackpool JD gym needs more cleaning supervisors. For days the gym goes uncleaned. Can’t even wipe down the equipment yourself. Never any sanitiser spray, the blue roll has been taken away and replaced with some sort of cloth, that appears to have been unwashed since it was put out, and quite frankly would do more harm than good. There is dust, cobwebs, empty wrappers, chewing gum stuck to the floor, and for the last several days there has been underwear left on the gym floor. Yes, you question who’s taking their underwear off on the gym floor, but the fact it’s been spotted for 4 days clearly shows no one is cleaning. Equipment is constantly out of use/broken and often remains broken for weeks. I’ve used multiple JDs, non as bad as this. This JD needs some serious attention. And fast!

The staff aren't very welcoming, customer service very poor. I have trained in gyms all over the world and have never felt so unwelcome.
I wouldn't recommend this gym to a beginner wanting to get into fitness. My only reason for training the is the convenience living close. I have been a member for 2 years now and it has gone down hill in the last 6 months

Having been a member for nearly two years, I can honestly say the vibe and the staff are brilliant to be around, and a enjoyable place to work out. Unfortunalty for me and especially others, the cleanliness is poor. There seems to be human hair that looks like its been collecting for months and months, white powder that has been in the same place near the weights for a few weeks now and not been cleaned up, the machines are showing wear and tear, some of which are broken, and annoyingly weights or accessories for the machines gone missing. Please have the place cleaned and tidied as its becoming annoying for the majority.

These gyms include large amounts of equipment that can be used for every base workout. The gym includes other bonuses such as the sauna.

Very easy going gym, never feel pressured.

Fully equipped gym and relaxed atmosphere.

I've been a member of nearly 2 years at this gym. and the sound system has got louder, the music is so repetitive. I spoke to a staff member and was told it was set at that level. Most of the members wear head phones, but having to have the volume up so loud to hear over the gym music is damaging to the ears. Also the bins inside the gym are always over flowing with rubbish. making the place look untidy.

First time at Blackpool jd gym, the staff couldn’t of been more helpful, Megan the staff member who helped me round was really Polite couldn’t do anything more to make my experience better , I will definitely be back
