During the peaks of the COVID pandemic, JC Watson quickly and efficiently deployed resources to ensure that air changes in our scanning rooms could be monitored and amended to minimise the risk in the transmission of the COVID virus, helping to protect our equipment, our staff and our patients. I also worked closely with JC Watson during the replacement of a scanner, which required new chiller units. The previous units were persistently breaking down, rendering the equipment unusable, and the requirement to cancel patients. The uptime and maintenance with our new chiller units is exceptional, and temperature monitoring means that we can actively pre-empt issues. Working in healthcare is incredibly challenging, but JC Watson has certainly made it a little easier for my team.

I work in the Heavy industry sector and recently I reached out to JCWatson as heard they provided a good service for another company. I invited them to site to get an idea of how we work and a few jobs we would like them to support us with. One of them was and commissioning 4 closed looped cooling units in a hostile location. JCWatson arrived on site and provided multiple solutions and design ideas. They provided me a quote in the same day and booked their attendance to start the work. They were swift in supplying their specific RAMS and started the work as soon as possible. Since then the equipment has run with no defects for an extended period of time (the longest it has in the last 5 years). We had an issue on site with one of the units, i contacted JCWatson and they were on site within 2 hours and rectified the issue. They have provided such a good service for numerous jobs on site now, we have looked into them providing us a site wide service contract as a result.
