I booked a multi split AC install after hearing good things from a neighbour. Stephen, Robbie and Zol turned up with a clear plan and got on with the work without making a mess of the house. They answered my questions in a way that made sense and checked with me when something needed a choice.
They worked at a steady pace and kept each room tidy as they moved through the job. I liked that they pointed out a few small airflow issues I had not noticed. The system was running by late afternoon and the difference was clear that evening. The rooms feel calmer and the temperature stays steady without me needing to adjust anything.
I am happy with the service and the result and would use them again.

Highly recommended. ClimateWorks recently installed units in 3 bedrooms for us. Great communication from Ashley who recommended the appropriate sized models and patiently talked through the various options available. The installation was done by Dave and Justin and complete in a day and half on site. They were extremely professional and courteous and left the site tidy and clean. Before they left they ran through the various functions so we knew how it all worked. Thank you very much.

I had air-conditioning put into my house, and I have no experience of air-conditioning whatsoever, so did not know the ins and outs, the pitfalls, or ClimateWorks.
Ashley was instrumental in helping me to make the decision:
1. To buy it from them
2. To proceed at all
It's a decision that I have complete faith was the right one. I've also already been told about servicing and maintenance, and the machines are amazing.
The house has been cool and even evenings we've started to switch the heating on!

Ashley and the team were excellent in helping me navigate the best solution to get an AC solution installed. After visiting to assess options I was impressed by the knowledge and experience so it was a no brainer to go ahead with Climateworks. On install day, Ben was on time and worked solidly throughout the day and we ended up with a very neat result. The initial installation of our multi-room air conditioning system went smoothly and I was happy with how things looked at first. The team seemed knowledgeable and everything appeared to be working as expected. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been very disappointing.
A few months after the install, problems started including a leaking condensate pump and faulty controls. I reported these issues multiple times but responses were slow, inconsistent, and at times dismissive. I even had to get a third-party technician involved to diagnose what turned out to be a wiring issue from the original install.
Rather than acknowledging the mistake, the company denied it, only to quietly correct the wiring later without comment. Most recently, they replaced pumps (including one that didn’t need replacing) with extremely loud models that have made the system disruptive to live with.
I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews and I don’t expect perfection, just accountability and a basic level of service when something goes wrong. Sadly, the aftercare has left me feeling genuinely let down and ignored. For such a significant investment, I expected better.
If everything goes to plan, this company might seem like a good choice. But if anything goes wrong, based on my experience, be prepared for a frustrating road ahead.

You're right to expect a high standard of service throughout the life of the system, not just at installation. It's clear we fell short in your case, particularly in our aftercare communication, and for that we apologise.
Regarding the wiring issue, we acknowledge there was a fault that should have been picked up and resolved more transparently. While our intention was to put things right as quickly as possible, we accept that the way this was handled caused frustration. That’s on us.
On the pumps: the replacements were selected based on reliability and availability at the time, but we recognise noise has become a new issue for you. If a quieter solution is available and appropriate, we’re open to reviewing this again.
We never aim to dismiss or delay when something isn’t right. We're a team of professionals who care about doing a good job, and standing behind it. We clearly missed the mark with the consistency of our support to you.
If you'd be open to a call, we’d welcome the chance to talk this through properly and agree next steps that will resolve things fully.
An irresponsible company. Simply speaking, they took the money but didn't fulfill what they had promised in the invoice.
Initially, we requested ClimateWorks to replace our faulty MVHR unit. Upon their request, we provided photographs of the original unit, after which they issued a quotation including the cost of purchasing and installing the new unit. Finding the quotation rather expensive, we asked if we could purchase the unit ourselves and requested a quotation solely for labour. ClimateWorks agreed to this arrangement, though at a higher labour cost, and subsequently provided us with a revised invoice, which we paid promptly.
On the agreed installation date, the engineer from ClimateWorks arrived, removed our old unit, and mounted the new one. After installing it, he informed us additional measurements were required and a second visit would be necessary, as the new unit was smaller than the original. We agreed to this, and the engineer took away the original packaging (box) of the new unit upon departure.
However, ClimateWorks later contacted us, stating they would not be able to complete the installation as originally agreed and instructed us to return the new unit in exchange for another model. We explained that returning the unit was not possible as their engineer had already removed and taken the packaging away.
Despite our concerns and complaints, ClimateWorks confirmed that they would not complete the agreed-upon installation.
We were forced to engage another company to complete the installation. And of course, ClimateWorks refuse to refund us.

You initially contacted us to replace a faulty MVHR unit. After reviewing the photos you provided, we issued a quotation for both supply and installation. You then advised us which specific unit you wanted and requested a revised labour-only quote so you could supply the unit yourself. We agreed and provided the updated invoice, which you paid. Had we been responsible for both supply and fit, we would have carried out full checks on compatibility and installation requirements. With a labour-only arrangement, this responsibility rests with the customer. You chose this option to reduce cost, which we respected, but it meant we could not dedicate time to verifying a unit we did not supply.
On the agreed installation date, our engineer removed the old unit and installed the new one you provided. It quickly became clear that the replacement unit, while functional, did not match the dimensions or positioning of the original. To complete the installation correctly, we would have needed to source and order additional parts. This would have required a return visit—a three-hour round trip—for what was agreed to be a straightforward labour-only job.
The engineer explained this clearly on-site, and you agreed that further work would need to be quoted. You signed the job worksheet confirming the work carried out and the comments made.
From the outset, we clearly stated—both verbally and in writing—that the labour-only quote covered a like-for-like swap. It did not include additional time, extra materials, or modifications beyond that scope. Any further work would always be subject to a separate quote, and this was confirmed in multiple communications with you.
Ultimately, you declined to proceed with the additional work due to the cost, which we fully understand. We regret that the situation didn’t meet your expectations, but we acted transparently throughout and delivered the agreed service on the day.
