So i ahave contacted multiple times and they are the rudest company ever my parcel was lost due to yodels fault ye sthats given but yodel advised me to contact them and they can claim on their side and refund me as yodel assured me they can process if jcs will claim as they are the seller , BUT LO AND BEHOLD THEY JUST RESPONDS WITH THREATENING EMAILS , RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMAILS. You CAN HAVE THE 20£ money BUT KARMA HAS ITS WAY OF GETTING BACK WITH THESE TYPE OF LAZY AND RUDE PEOPLE THESE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE THEY COULDNT EVEN RESPOND IN THE COMMENT AS POEPLE WHO EXPERIENCE THEM HAVE PROOF OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL EMAILS

Super Prices, very good (sometimes) of original perfumes, all lovely packaging, make nice presents, bought so many, ive not had time to try them all! Also, they arrived very quickly, and again, well packed! Very happy customer!

JCS has some pretty good dupes at incredible prices, I used to always go to the perfume counter at Debenhams, god I miss that shop and C&A. With the lack of testers in shops I tend not to buy perfumes unless I smell it on someone and ask them what fragrance they have on. With JCS the fragrances are cheap enough to buy blind, dupes of perfumes I already own have been very close to the real thing, the upshot is that I have more fragrances than dressing table space.

Positive points, the perfume is good, cheap and delivery was quick.
However, one of the two packages was delivered in a sealed Royal Mail damaged bag.
I took photos of the damaged package including the bag I received it in and gave a clear explanation of what I received, including informing them of the saturated box, strong perfume smell and the sound of broken glass from the sealed perfume box. They responded by asking me to open the perfume box and send further photos of the broken perfume bottle. When I declined to do this as I did not want to potentially harm myself.
The response received was incredulous. I was accused of being rude and in not so many words, of lying about the broken article and then they stated they did not need customers like me, even though I had just spent £50 on their perfumes. I will not be buying from JCS Shop again.

I had a very negative experience ordering from JCS Shop. I placed an order which was supposedly delivered by Yodel. However, I did not receive the parcel. When I contacted JCS to report the issue, they sent me a photo as proof of delivery — but the photo clearly showed a completely different property that wasn’t mine.

Despite this, JCS insisted the item had been delivered and claimed there was nothing more they could do because tracking showed it as “delivered.” I explained that GPS is not always accurate and that the photo clearly showed a different address, but they were unwilling to help or investigate further. This was the first sign of poor customer service.

When I responded to say I would have to raise a claim with my credit card provider for goods not received, JCS replied with email threatening me with police action and legal proceedings, stating:

“Should you try to claim the money back, this would be theft and we will pass your details over to Police and claim back any expenditure you cause us through a small claims court proceeding.”

Followed by another email saying:

“We highly suggest you cooperate with the police when they contact you as we will be pressing charges for theft as well as fraud.”

This was not only unprofessional but also completely inappropriate and intimidating, especially for a customer simply trying to recover money for an item that was never delivered.

I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from JCS Shop based on this experience. There are plenty of other retailers with better customer service and a more reasonable approach to resolving issues.

Ordered from them and they used YODEL NOW WHEN I CHECKED THE DELIVERY CAUSE I CHOSE FOR THEM IN A LOCKER ITS A DIFFERENT PARCEL NOW I CONTACTED JCS AND THEY TOLD ME JUST TO CONTACT YODEL!!! Wth YOU SHOULD RESOLVE THIS AS WELL AS I PAID FOR SHIPPING AS WELL

These perfumes are so much more than a “smell alike” the fragrance is brilliant and they last for hours on your skin and even longer on your clothes I LOVE EM
