Never received order
I placed an order on 3/1. Tracking number and order confirmation were not given until asked for. The tracking number they provided me with was not even for my item and had a different shipping location. Customer service is terrible

This was a great company to deal with. I orders 5 fragrances and unfortunately one of the bottles arrived broken and leaking. They dealt with the issue promptly and I couldn't have asked for a better service. Brilliant 👏

Great company to deal with, I order a few fragrances and they arrived very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately 1 of my items was incorrect, but this issue was resolved withing minutes of contacting them.

This was my first time ordering from Ezone and everything was smooth and professional. The fragrance I purchased exceeded my expectations — it was authentic, beautifully packaged, and exactly as described. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They were responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful when I had a question about my order.

We take claims like this very seriously, however we’ve been unable to find any order on our system under this name/email, and we also cannot see any previous customer service emails or messages from you.
So we’re concerned this review may not be genuine. Please email us with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue so we can investigate and resolve it immediately.

What can I say, this place is truly impressive. I have never seen this many fragrances this readily available. They supply fragrances from the UAE, even as far as Australia. Logistics are impressively fast and the best I have seen for a fragrance supplier. Will be purchasing again!
