It didn’t start all perfect I received my order with imperfections and after I got in contact with customer service they quickly made things right and I’m more than happy with the results! Thank you Jazzuco team!

Bought the minimalist flatware in matte black in September of 2025. After the second run through the dishwasher, we started noticing rust on the knives. I took a picture and have sat on making a review, but we have now thrown away 3 knives and a spoon because of the rust.

I chose Jazzupco because of the quality and the price, and I'm happy to say they stand behind their product. They reached out to me concerning the damaged knives and informed me that the minimalist 2.0 was designed with a wider stem so the flatware does not slip through the dishwasher basket. This explains how my knives were damaged. I appreciate their prompt attention to this issue and for providing me with a new set of 2.0 minimalist flatware and complementary serving utensils.

My wife and I are building our forever home and filling it with only the finest of things. Everything we have bought from Jazzupco has been exceptional, a great price point, and as she says, absolutely stunning! So happy we found this company.

Truly the best quality dinnerware I've ever held, yet at an amazing price!

I hesitated for the longest time on making my purchase, I wish I would’ve bought it much much sooner! The quality is amazing, the look is just beautiful. I was blown away at the care taken in the packaging alone. I would absolutely recommend that everybody has this silverware in their home.

Immediately after putting in the dishwasher and using the settings to match instructions two knives came out discolored. Customer service was great and they replaced both. Now a spoon has a big white mark that will not come off, it looks like the black came off it and is exposing the metal underneath. I'm sure the would replace it again but at this point it doesn't even feel worth the effort. I was really hopeful about longevity but I haven't even gotten one month out of these.

I recently transitioned my entire flatware collection to JazzUpCo, and the experience has been outstanding. I started with the Minimalist 2.0 set in Matte Gold and was immediately struck by the weight and balance of each piece. The finish is stunning—it significantly elevates the table setting for guests, yet the pieces are durable enough for daily use and hold up perfectly in the dishwasher.

I was so impressed that I eventually expanded my collection to include the matching serving utensils, steak knives, teaspoons, and even the chopsticks. Everything feels cohesive and high-quality. I was so smitten with my 8-person set that I bought another 4-person set to up my capacity to 12. I also highly recommend their organizer tray; it’s surprisingly spacious and comfortably houses my full 12-person set.

As a secondary purchase, I also picked up the wooden kitchen utensil set. The wood quality is beautiful and adds a great natural touch to the kitchen. If you are looking for functional pieces that don't sacrifice style or longevity, this brand is well worth the investment.

Lastly, I'll mention a "pro tip:" many of the individual matching pieces in the Minimalist 2.0 matte gold line currently show as out-of-stock. A helpful customer service rep encouraged me to look at the equivalent pieces from the Ava line, and they look great too. The finish matches perfectly, and you would never be able to tell that these pieces are from a different product line/style.

I can't wait to host a small dinner party so I can show off this beautiful flatware to my friends!

I don’t write many reviews, but JazzUpCo definitely deserves one.

Several years ago, I was on the hunt for matte, brushed gold flatware with a modern, minimalist design, and it was surprisingly hard to find. Once we added our other must-haves (safe and durable materials, dishwasher-safe, a finish that wouldn’t fade, and a reasonable price), it felt nearly impossible. The price point, especially, made us think we were out of luck.

That all changed when we came across JazzUpCo. Their Minimalist flatware line was exactly what we’d been searching for. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical about how well the finish would hold up in the dishwasher, but I’m happy to say that after a couple of years of regular use, they still look as good as new!

One thing worth mentioning: the Minimalist set is quite sturdy, and the weight was noticeable at first. At the time, that felt like the only downside. Fast forward to now, and it’s actually something I really appreciate. The weight gives the flatware a more refined, elevated feel that makes everyday meals feel a little more special.

Lastly, I can’t say enough good things about JazzUpCo’s customer service. While they don’t currently offer live chat, every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received thoughtful and helpful responses within 24 hours. The team is knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely helpful, and I always feel confident contacting them with questions.

Overall, I wanted to take the time to share my genuinely positive experience as a long-term JazzUpCo customer. I look forward to continuing to support them and to gifting their products to friends and loved ones in the future!

I really appreciate that the flatware is titanium coated. I also love the gold color. I’m crazy about this flatware!

Contemplated ordering these for a while, then finally purchased the black set for 8. They arrived packaged nicely but upon inspecting them there were a handful (9 pieces) that were scratched, and showing quite a lot of imperfections. I reached out to customer service and they sent replacements but those were honestly in worse condition than the originals. While I appreciate their efforts, its a little discouraging to have the replacements be the same condition. They are pretty though, I like the design and the color. I just wonder how long they'll last if they're showing up scratched already.

I love the health conscious & nontoxic emphasis that JazzUpCo puts front & center! I appreciated the reviews from other customers, the beautiful design and the high quality! I researched the products for months before ordering and I was not disappointed. I invested in a large flatware set for our large family that I’m confident will be passed to my kids one day. The customer care has been quick and great! There’s a real reason the products are being promoted everywhere on socials. They’re legit💛

Obsessed!! I watched the JaxzUpCo. ads on Instagram for months wondering if the hype was real. The style, color and claims of strength were almost too good to be true. I finally took the risk and bought the Ava set. WOW! My expectations were exceeded ten fold! The weight, color, and shape of the flatware is so luxurious! It handles the dishwasher fantastically and is so strong and sturdy. Since purchasing my additional set I’ve purchased the matching serving utensils, butter knives and tons! I’m so in love with the whole collection!

This is the highest quality tableware I’ve felt! It’s very sturdy, hard to bend, and very beautiful unique designs. It’s really elevating my dining table! If I could give them 19 stars, I would.

The Ava line in gold is the set of my dreams!! Love that it’s also an amazing price for amazing quality.

I was very pleased with the quality of the product. I have purchased a set of flatware that appeared to be similar from Amazon but the quality was not anywhere close to what Jazzupco offers. It is worth spending the extra $$ for something that is beautiful, safe and long-lasting.

My overall purchase was great! Shipping was fast literally shipped out the next day and delivered in 3 days. Items are packaged so cute with dust bags, and items are great quality I bought silverware sets. They look so chic and are perfect!

I recently bought the spoon collection and they are fabulous, excellent quality, and the champagne color I chose is beautiful. I highly recommend them.

I contacted this company after placing a $378 order asking for documentation supporting their "non-toxic" and food safe claims for their flatware.

While responses were polite, all replies were generic assurances. Despite follow ups over multiple days the company was unable to provide third party testing, certificate of compliance or confirmation that testing was performed. The only document shared was a screenshot showing elemental composition, not testing.

Because of this lack of transparency, I'm returning the product and now have to pay both return shipping and a restocking fee, which is disappointing.

Update 1/7/26:
Received a response email from Lawrence, which did not provide any clarity to third party testing. No additional documents were shared either. He referred back to the 18/10 metal composition, which is not the same as a third-party test on the gold coating. The screen shot showed the following:

Update 1/8/2026:
The company did provide a prepaid return label and offered to waive the restock fee. So for those reasons I changed my review from 1 star to 2. But the non toxic testing provided was still just a basic screenshot with nothing attaching it to Jazz Up Co (total info provided is above).

I upgraded my flatware from JazzUpCo and I’m so glad I did. The quality, look, and design are stunning. On top of that, the customer service was truly above-and-beyond stellar. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!
