I strongly advise - do not use JavaHub!!
I never post these kind of reviews, and in fact I'm really easy-going and can certainly sympathise that some companies are struggling since the pandemic. So when Java had told me in December that there would be a delay to my coffee machine that I ordered in November I took that on board and didn't complain. To be fair their initial customer service in that respect was good in as much as they managed expectations and even offered complimentary goods to make up for delay. The fact that I didn't receive what they offered (just a cheap cafetière and some beans) is small fry in the debacle I've had to put up with since.
Here I am four months later and still they haven't supplied what I paid for. I could send you copies of the 30+ emails I have sent them. To which I had three or four replies; replies that feigned ignorance.
I have had chat conversations where I have been promised my coffee machine only for yet again to be let down. I even had a call from the company owner on 26th Feb (finally, after having been falsely promised one). I know, this shocked me, I actually spoke to the owner! I can supply his number for anyone who would like it. I was sure now that things will get sorted.....but they didn't. He palmed me off with yet another false promise that failed to deliver and then didn't reply to my texts.
Absolutely appalling service.
It is almost comically bad but in the grand scheme of things I laugh it off and now chase this through my credit card.
I write here as I think it's the decent thing to do - to WARN others.

Great coffee and arrives fast too!!
Great coffee Fran Java Hub, I ordered three bags and they were with me really quickly (one decaf, one Colombian reserve and one Latino blend). Have tried the Latino one so far and it is great, am looking forward to the rest!!

This coffee is top drawer!
This coffee is top drawer. Super fresh roast. I am a coffee snob and only like the best. This is the first time I have tried this and I will certainly be ordering plenty more. So far tried Fiori Arabica and Fiori Light and both are quality. Cant wait to try the others. Highly recommend! For those who think its expensive; you get what you pay for in the coffee world and this is excellent value for money for this quality of coffee.

Coffee machine ordered 3 weeks ago and been told oh it’s coming tomorrow or it’s being despatched this week , if you don’t contact them then you hear nothing!
The girl who replies to your emails obviously picks and chooses which to reply to.
I present a radio show and I can’t wait to expose the shambolic service and lies upon lies that we get told when she can be bothered to reply. Might even make it a daily slot as there seems to be too many bad reviews.
Apparently it takes up to 14 days to get a refund... Jeezo it’s 2021 not 1971! I’ve never heard so much rubbish in my puff! They can take your money instantly but it takes 14 days for a refund to process... thing is WE JUST WANT OUR MACHINE!
The company have our money now for 3 weeks, no correspondence unless you email them and sometimes you get a reply sometimes you don’t. We could have got a machine from Amazon on next day delivery so if your reading this then I suggest you AVOID this company.
The CEO have you the balls to call me... Megan has my number on an email. I await your response

Great Coffee!
I decided to give JavaHub a try in response to a promotion on Vodafone. I picked 2 types of coffee beans to try, Columbian Reserve and Barbosa. My beans arrived in a couple of days. I found the Columbian Reserve to be very smooth. I was very pleasantly surprised with the Barbosa beans, which are stronger and have a nice kick to them, yet still maintain a smoothness. I will definitely be trying JavaHub again.

Great product. Very tactile. A mini Espresso Flask, ideal gift for an espresso addict who drives a lot....he can take his "coffee fixes" on the road.
