Very similar experience to a lot of the people here. Ordered a machine on the 27th and still have not received it. Emailed customer support and was told to wait another week on two separate occasions. It's all gone quiet and by the look of other reviews, won't be getting a response soon. Would avoid ordering from this company.
Your order will not arrive
Unfortunately I genuinely believed the email apologies and explanations received as to why my order had not arrived so I was very patient and understanding with them. Like others my delay was blamed on border control/Brexit, then got an obviously untrue shipping notification with the promise that a DPD tracking number would follow and guess what, no tracking and no product. I have also been blocked on Facebook messenger even though my only messages were politely asking for updates. Not holding out much hope for my refund as contact stopped once I asked for the DPD number.
At least they cancelled it quickly?
Ordered on the 30th April - all products were listed as in stock. After not having had any further updates a week later, I emailed for an update. Was told orders take 7 business days to be dispatched (not what’s listed on the website, by the way). Waited the 7 business days, allowing for Saturdays and a bank holiday and got back in touch. Was then told the item had never been been in stock all along and was delayed from the supplier apparently due to Brexit. Would apparently arrive “middle of the following week”. Waited again. Asked for an update. No response. Finally got fed up and asked for a refund and the order was cancelled within 15 minutes of sending the email (at 11pm on a Friday) - ironically the most responsive they’ve been through the whole process - and the reason they’re getting 2 stars instead of 1. Though it will apparently take 10-14 days for my money to be returned, so I’m not holding out much hope of that timeline being met.
I honestly would not have minded if the stock situation had been accurately communicated from the start, but I feel like I was deliberately misled until they couldn’t get away with it any more and that gives me zero confidence in continuing with my purchase.
A bad experience
Hi, I was caught by some good reviews about Javahub, so I went for it! Not knowing the business very well! I bought coffee machine on 30th of March 2021 during the whole month of April didn't receive any updates on our order so about 2weeks after we placed our order we decided to contact them ourselves we got an apology for delay and promise it shouldn't take to long from now... 3 weeks later still nothing! So decided to cancel the order.. On 4th of May order was cancelled and we were told our money should be back on our account 7-10 days.. It is 21 of May today nothing has been received and java hub doesn't reply on my numerous emails! Just feels like we were scammed! It's terrible... We are feeling lost.. I wish I read all of other reviews, before I decided to purchase from javahub!!

Do not use this website. I ordered a Wilfa Classic+ brewer and a month later I still had not received the product. I had to chase this company every week during that month at which point they provided me no other information about where my order was other than that they were 'on top of it'. I did not mind the delay (understandable with the pandemic and Brexit) but the lack of communication from this company is breathtakingly bad. I requested a cancellation of this order with a full refund, they said it would take 7-10 days, that was 16 days ago. I have received no refund. I have been in contact with the Citizen Advice Consumer Service who informed me it is a breach of the law to not return the money for a refund within 14 days. Trading Standards has been notified about my experience. Utterly disappointed with my experience and outraged with their communications. I do not usually write reviews, this is my first one, but I have never had an experience like this.

I've shopped with Javahub a few times now, as well as pretty good prices they sell a really good, range of coffees full of flavour.
I would recommend them to anyone who is after some good coffee at a fair price, their subscription service seems very good too.

Really wish I checked Trust Pilot before buying from this company.
Ordered from them just under 2 weeks ago. Initially contacted them on Friday of the same week and they advised that 'as stated on the product page it can take 5-7 working days'. It actually stated 24-48 hours.
I then chased it up the following week and they advised that it was stuck at the border due to restrictions. If that was the case then why was it advertised as being in stock and why didn't they inform me of this the week prior. My guess is, it was just a lie.
I asked to cancel my order and they said a refund would be processed within 24 hours and I would recieve confirmation of this...received nothing. Have tried to contact them but they are now ignoring me.

Seems I am another one of the many who have issues with their order. When I ordered at the end of April there didn’t seem to be too many issues but since my order I can see this has escalated. I have requested a refund but now don’t get any response. Poor service all around.

Sadly I too have fallen for this scam. I do not believe they have any stock and we are all left to go through the same process before not gaining a refund.
The alternate reviews are clearly completed by Javahub themseleves.
I plan to write to trading standards and a national newspaper to help the matter be brought forward. I am sorry to see how many people are having their money taken.

Still waiting for my order to dispatch. (19 days so far)
Initially when I asked about the stock levels I faced dismissive emails saying that the order will be dispatched within 5-7 days as stated on the product page ( I checked the page several times afterwards and there was no mention of that) . When I contacted again after 9 business days they have admitted that they don't have the product in stock and are waiting for it to arrive from Europe.
So essentially what JavaHub does at the moment is taking orders for products they don't have in stock refusing to mark them as unavailable on their shiny website, all whilst being aware of massive delays in restocking, maximising profits and putting their customer satisfaction on the bottom of their priority list. If you ask me - that is a well deserved one star rating.
I highly discourage ordering coffee equipment from JavaHub and personally will never shop with them again.

The website was easy to use, the item was delivered really quickly - ordered on the Friday and arrived on the Monday - and the coffee machine was so simple to set up. I'm so surprised by the negative comments as I would 100% recommend JavaHub to others.

Great company for coffee and equipment
I came across JavaHub when looking for a Beko coffee machine, first simply just wanting to avoid Amazon, but they actually had a better price! I've ordered several bags of coffee from them in the meanwhile and the quality is pretty decent. They are a young company with slick user experience and a good loyalty scheme, but don't leave ordering coffee to the last moment as it takes them a few days to dispatch the order. It also took a few weeks for the coffee machine to arrive which I didn't mind that much, but a bit more communication would have been appreciated.

Java hub then sent an email to me confirming cancellation and refund. IT HAS BEN THREE WEEKS NOW AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND! I HAVE EMAILED THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASION, WITH NO REPLY! Has anyone had success in getting a refund for their product? 5 months ago I ordered a coffee machine. Cancelled two months later due to constant delays and refund never received despite assurances it would be. I'm at a loss as to what to do.

I bought a coffee grinder but cancelled the order before it had even been dispatched by Java hub coffee, so I requested a refund which I got a confirmation through to say it would be processed in 7-10 days. Long story short and countless emails (with no replies) later and still no refund (had been around 40 days since I got a confirmation of a refund) I have passed this matter over to my Credit Card company.

I bought £400 espresso machine online 3 months ago on 15 February - Javahub have neither delivered my coffee machine nor given me a refund. I cancelled my order after the machine did not arrive within a month and I received an email telling me I would get a refund in 10 working days. They are no longer replying to my emails and there is no phone number to speak to someone. I have asked my credit card company to try to get my money back. I am extremely upset.
