I always ordered my tech gadgets here and I always get them in good condition. So far I have never returned an item yet due to damaged or defective products.
The reason I only give 4 stars is the delivery courier they use are really not reliable. I have several orders to them on same delivery address (with GPS coordinates/Google maps link), and still they get lost every time.

they don't answer my emails and they don't put my review on their website because i critiec on of their books! they don't care about customer.
جربت اشتري منهم مجموعه كتب ولكن الموقع كان لايستجيب ,ارسلت لهم ولم يردو علي ولكن استطعت من التطبيق شراء الكتب. وبعدها قرات كتاب للورنس العرب واستغربت بانه يحتوي على تعليقات الناشر, حطيت نجمه وحده في موقع جرير وتعليقي ولكنهم لم ينشروه!

تقييم عالي لمشرف خدمة العملاء حسن عسيري. بعد عدة محاولات مع خدمة العملاء للوصول لحل تواصلت مع المشرف حسن عسيري وتم حل الموضوع بيسر واحترافية. أتمنى من الإدارة نقل الخبرة الإحترافية لباقي مندوبين خدمة العملاء.

Overpriced products with poor customer service!
Jarir Bookstore is a very popular retailer in Saudi Arabia and the gulf region. They offer a variety of products and mainly focus on tech and electronics. Prices are always jacked up compared to other retailers, and products can be old or even opened and returned without you even knowing about it. They sell old versions of tech products at exorbitant prices. Warranty or return services are very bad as the bookstore is always keen on maximizing their profits. I don't recommend shopping with them at all!
