Quality & customer service

I was disappointed when I opened up the box to see how tiny the lapis pieces are on the bracelet. The picture of the bracelet on the web site looks very different than the actual bracelet.

This is the 3rd bracelet that I ordered and the only instance where I have been dissapointed.

The ring I bought is the ISHI NO MORI — METEORITE & ROSEWOOD RING. It is a very handsome ring. I love what the ring stands for according to the Japanese proverbs. Maybe proverb is not the correct word. In any case I love it. My hope is that my soon to be husband will find it as handsome and love it as I do.
