ordered a smoking jacket that was delivered way smaller than the size I ordered , tried to get an exchange and they said sizing isn't an option for exchanges. TOTAL RIP OFF , THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS AND UNETHICAL .

Absolute appalling company offered a refund but never sent it. Now ignoring me. SCAM

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I wouldn't even give this company 1 star! I ordered something back in October 2025 and after chasing up numerous times I have never received it. I was asked to chase the courier myself which is totally unacceptable and obviously I couldn't get hold of them. The item cost around £40 and after numerous emails they are still refusing to give me my money back. I have told them I am going to take this further and also report their company. I will do my best to get this website taken down as they are scammers!

Should be minus 1. Thos company is utter crap and scammers. Bought coat for son the coat was too small but ordered size he buys everywhere else. On package was returns address sent it there tracked it. Would not give refund said I sent to wrong address. Told them don't put that address on if its wrong. Then admitted it was their fault with address. Offered me 30% refund and 20% voucher to spend with them . What makes them even think I would buy something else from their shit company. They admitted fault with there returns address so why I not getting 100% refund.
Anyone thinking of buying from these don't save your money. They are just scammers.

costs! Shoddy unlabelled garments late to arrive, then have to post back to CHINA at HUGE costs and then didn’t get a refund. Lost £72 in total from cost of a jacket and the postage. I now have nothing and Jenson Mode have the faulty Jacket, my cash and the cost of postage.

I am now perusing them through the bank and shopify. Do not part with your money. Wish I read the shocking reviews first! The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! Wish I could give zero stars!

Order placed more than 2 months ago. I haven't received the product. I demanded a refund. They still saying that is is transit and the can't do the refund until I receive the product and send it back. This company is a fraud. Do not do business with them.

This website is pure deception. jensen-mode.com pretends to be a German or European fashion brand, but it is absolutely not. The product I received was cheap, low-quality garbage shipped from China, nothing like what is shown on the website.

The materials are terrible, the fit is wrong, and the overall quality is something you’d expect from a bargain-bin marketplace — yet they charge premium prices. The photos and descriptions are misleading lies.

Returns and refunds? Forget it. There is effectively NO return policy and NO refund. Customer service either ignores you or sends copy-paste excuses designed to wear you down until you give up. Once they take your money, they are done with you.

This site exists to trick customers, hide the real origin of their products, and make refunds impossible. Calling this a legitimate brand would be a joke.

I ordered a black and white flannel shirt. When it arrived it was Royal blue and black and made of plastic. It was my first time buying from them and most definitely my last. I just wished I had read the reviews before I purchased anything from them

Absolutely shocking!! In my opinion do not buy from them! Ordered a skirt, they sent a very poor quality dress. Told me I couldn’t get a refund until I’d returned this to a CHINA address at my own expense. The return was extremely expensive as returns needed to be tracked. Still not received goods I paid for. Contacted my bank to raise a dispute. I wouldn’t even give the 1 star.

Absolute scam …….. I purchased a cardigan for my son. Immediately noted from the order it was being sent to the wrong address. Contacted company who claimed they had rectified this however the item was returned back to them and no replacement.
No contact number only email and if you do get a reply it’s a template. Despite numerous requests for someone to contact me nobody has a complete waste of money please avoid this website it’s a con.

Having thought I was buying from Netherlands, turns out the Netherlands is now called China. Bought what was advertised as a chunky knit cardigan for husband birthday, waited 5 weeks, have now been sent a slightly quilted shirt . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. terrible

The article purchased bore no resemblance to the image whatsoever. It was a lesson learned about these type of fly by night nasty money grabbing types of rubbish sellers.

Just received what should be a knitted men’s jumper, not so it is a tracksuit top material with no labels and a transfer of a jumper. No knitting and seams are all threaded badly no wool in sight. This was £39.99 a total rip off

Be very careful as Jensen are now operating under new name from so say netherlands but NOT the case it is still operating from CHINA

Als het kon, had ik géén ster gegeven. Ze heten blijkbaar sinds kort Nijboer-mode. Nederlandser dan dat wordt het niet en daarom wordt het wellicht toch door mensen als betrouwbaar gezien.
Toch begint het al bij de website, deze is compleet via AI in elkaar gezet, compleet met zielig verhaal dat ze dichtgaan.
In een moment van drukte toch een jurk voor mijn moeder besteld en deze kwam vandaag na drie weken pas binnen.
Mijn hemel, wat een rotzooi rechtstreeks uit Azië: 95% polyester in plaats van de beloofde katoen. En ook de bestelde maat (48) is een lachertje; de jurk is volgens Aziatische maatvoering veel te klein.
Ik vond het ook al zo verwonderlijk dat ze zonder track en trace verzenden. Lang verhaal kort; dit is een dropshippingbedrijf met enkel en alleen leugens.
Ik probeerde net op de site van Nijboer-mode te kijken, maar deze blijkt net uit de lucht te zijn?
ADVIES: BESTEL HIER NIET!!!!!

Puur bedrog. je kan enkel terugsturen op eigen kosten en risico. kleedje dat ik had besteld is een polyester vod, niet te dragen.

Ben er dus ook ingetrapt. Bij Nijboer gekocht, dat blijkbbaar voorheen Janssen Mode was. Dacht te maken te hebben met een Europees bedrijf maar neen, Chinese rommel. Alles in polyester en goedkoop materiaal, valt zelfs helemaal niet fatsoenlijk rond je lichaam.
e-mails worden niet beantwoord en het telefoonnummer is helemaal niet toegekend.
Zal voortaan maar bij mij gekende merken en bedrijven blijven.
