Awfull company
Ordered on the day and asked to cancel order on the same day no contact number email response is bad, told them i didn’t want the item no more as no longer needed and obviously see the reviews just got a reply saying sorry already posted the part which was them pretty much falsing me to purchase the item.
Have now returned the item and paid my own postage to which they have stopped communicating with me .
have to go through my bank to get the money back

I brought this item under the description 2x LAND ROVER FREELANDER 2.0-2.2-3.2 REAR WHEEL HUB BEARING KIT 2006>2014. Expecting the hub and bearing as this was listing as a KIT no wheel bearing was supplied aster contacting the company told me bearing is not included. I admit I did not item specific section and it does say bearing not included there. This is misleading with the word KIT

Don't use this company ordered a driveshaft and they sent to wrong address now trying to get a refund as had to buy elsewhere whilst trying to sort out but they won't reply to emails customer service is non existent

Terrible company terrible customer service.
Sent me the wrong drive shaft so now have to do the job twice when I contacted them was asked to return the shaft and buy a different one at a much higher price so I did order another one for them to email me an hour later telling me that the shaft I need is not in stock and asked if I would like a refund so I am now waiting on 2 refunds!. They have various shafts listed on eBay at all different prices and are still advertising the drive shaft that they know are not in stock so there definitely a dodgy bunch of scammers don’t be fooled by the cheap prices do yourself a favour and buy your driveshafts from your local motor factors save yourself the headache of doing the job twice and get the right part first time

Stacey is a waste of time to deal with, my driveshaft failed after two days and they will only replace it once you purchase another one with them at the much higher price on their website but yet they advertise the same product with over 5 different prices on Ebay through their shop, when questioned they quickly went onto Ebay and changed all the prices so I now have to pay the higher price, they are also not contactable via ph because of the amount of complaints they had been receiving so they chose to just avoid contact with customers as much as possible, these are very cheap and nasty shafts so don't be fooled with the price...avoid at all costs

I purchased a drive shaft on the 10th of February, got an email saying they didn't have it stock and If I would want a refund which I said yes,until now I have not received my money back,no response from Stace,scammers they are,avoid this company by all means.

Firstly sent out an incorrect order, I ordered two CV's, received two full drive shafts (wrong vehicle, size, product).

Spoke to Stacey at customer services via Ebay seen as they do not take telephone communication who firstly could not understand the error. Then eventually offered to arrange for a courier to collect the drive shafts and deliver the actual CV's I ordered. I waited at home all day for this delivery (losing a days earnings as the parts were required in time for the weekend). When the courier arrived she had booked an incorrect package, booking for a 'like for like' exchange. Understandably given the package they delivered wrongly was well over a meter big and the best part of 30kg in weight the courier refused to take it back as he was booked for a 'like for like', small package delivery.

Hence I still have no parts I actually ordered or needed!

Really poor service, absolutely avoid this company.

Poor Quality Driveshafts

Their products are of extremely poor quality. They modified the flange on my Audi driveshaft, which caused severe vibration issues in my vehicle. Despite clear evidence that their shaft was the problem, they refused to take responsibility.

I eventually replaced it with a higher-quality driveshaft from another supplier, and the issue was immediately resolved. Their lack of accountability and subpar product quality make this one of the worst companies to deal with. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Stace strikes again terrible customer service just doesn’t want to help. great quality parts mind never had issues on that front.

LEE JONES builder by trader CV joints by SCAM! J&r are a scam business that don't want or even care about there dishonest no quibble warranty! This business is the worst company to deal with that take no responsibility for issues they cause and fail to help, buy smart don't buy or deal with this business ran by a builder that gets cheap Chinese parts in! They act suspiciously and think they are above the law! No phone support only email and even then they laugh and don't care! Emails ignored and no help provided!!.

Horrendous. Stace is awful they set it up to avoid all customer service. Rude stay away.

I bought a J&R CV and plane drive shaft for Sierra running gear, via a distributer. This was for a kit car so I was buying with a view to cutting and shutting with another shaft. The shaft appeared to be symetrical but it fitted snugly one end but was an interference fit the other so went in about 5mm and then locked up. My vernier told me there was a difference of a few tenths of a mm. As I didn't have the other (gearbox) end CV/Tripod I didn't know if the difference was intended or a manufacturing tolerance so I didn't know which end to chop. I exchanged some emails including detailed photograhs and asked for a spec sheet. Stacey, from the "Technical" team didn't understand the question. I rephrased it. Still not a flicker of comprehension in Stacey's eyes but she did pass my query on to one of their experts. His reply was really helpful...he said "The driveshaft are a snug fit, they have to be as high powered kit cars use them." Oh really? So in summary: cheap and cheerful products and almost zero expertise, only use if your budget is really tight. 2 stars because they did reply to my emails and the goods sent are the correct ones unlike some other less fortunate customers I've read about.

This company nearly cost my life 20min warranty on drive shaft nearly got collapsed on my van. Spoke with thru ebay explain them they could not give an F. The refused for refund. Stay away from this company thanks god im alive

Sent items too me, was put in a rubbish bin instead, wouldn't give me a refund for it. Stacey was very rude and uncooperative. Lost out on over £200

sent wrong parts, was told i had to pay for return postage. don't answer phone calls however they do reply via email but very short and not pleasant!
its shame as i have had good experiences with them in past but now very poor. my advise it to pay the bit extra and buy from local motor factors

Quick delivery. Ordered few parts, some returned (ordered wrong, my fault) and refund has been issued with no problems.

Awful. Rude, arrogant, blameless and totally unhelpful. Stace couldn't care less. Sent to wrong part. Wouldn't call me. 36 emails to resolve issue. Was told the part was correct even though the photo clearly showed it wasn't. Finally sent the correct part with no apology whatsoever. Seems all the reviews are poor.

Where to begin.....

We have a Mercedes B-class, it needed some new boots but I thought I'd replace both shafts and change the CVT oil at the same time. Since fitting, the vehicle has had a vibration and has gotten progessively worse. it "clunks" when reversing on hard lock and is literally undrivable. Vibration was from day one, and not evident on the old shafts, so I'm ordering replacements.

Secondly, we have a Land Rover Discovery 3, bought it with a failed CV. I then bought both front axles but only had time to fit the nearside. Glad it has only had the one fitted as 2500 miles later and 8 months into its life it too has failed. The boot has thrown all the grease over the alloy and wheel arch. The shaft looks in worse condition than the original 18 year old one on the opposite side.

I have contacted them and I quote:

"if boots were not a comm0n factor in mot’s then they would not have to be checked annually, they are a rubber component and like tyres can wear, puncture, and deteriorate. Let me know if both boots have perished or just the one"

and
"Boots can be left off for up to a year, hence why an mot is only once a year,"

Whilst they have offered to repair or replace, its the principal that matters. The product is poorly manufactured and is cheap for a reason. I have declined both offers and have opted to purchase alternatives elsewhere

I wish I had done more reseach as there a loads of complaints on forums on the net, plus the poor rating they have on here. Hopefully this helps someone else not fall foul of an inferior product.

Totally useless company, avoid at all costs, just wish I would have done more research before, even one star is to many. Send out the wrong parts, then unhelpful when it comes to the return. Avoid at all costs unless you want stress and hassle

Driveshafts failed after 1 month and under 500 miles. Won’t refund. Now won’t respond. Avoid
