Great service! Super happy with the job done and really good guys to be around while they do the job. They really take good care of everything and super professional. Very happy I found them!

My experience with JamVans was absolutely positive and smooth all along. Jake, the storage team co-ordinator was always helpful and prompt to respond, while the Harvey and Rio of the delivery team were polite, efficient and professional.
Would use them again and genuinely recommend them.

Moving as we know is very stressful and it’s exhausting packing up and clearing out before the move . I would highly recommend JamVans . The booking process was fairly simple . Although one needs help with storage size. Especially if it is a first time experience .. On the day the two young men , Ed and Sam were very professional , hardworking and efficient . I’m in my 70’s and they were both helpful . Kind and attentive . I’m hoping the return service is just as good . Very good service .

JamVans were absolutely brilliant. I had to get my furniture and almost all my belongings in to storage last minute as the flat I'm moving to wasn't ready in time. Initially I'd thought it would all be done in one day, when it became apparent that I'd need them the next day too, it wasn't a problem at all. Day one I had Louise and Covel helping me, both of whom were great. They dealt with the need for a second day's help beautifully and without drama. I was really distressed by the whole move for a variety of reasons, but they were kind and supportive. Rute, who dealt with me from the office, was fantastic. I cried on the phone, I bombarded her with emails, she was extremely helpful, reassuring, and so patient with me while I had a total meltdown.
Day two, Ollie, Joe, and Sam arrived to pack and take the rest of my things to storage. They were just amazing, fast, efficient, friendly. I genuinely felt supported by all the JamVans people involved. They are considerate, helpful, and were all so kind and understanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Add to that that their prices are fantastic, I am totally overwhelmed by their service, skills, attitude, compassion and care. Absolute lifesavers in many ways. I am so grateful to have found them!!

Absolutely phenomenal experience yesterday having my furniture items collected with JamVans. My removal men were Sam and Ed and there offered an exceptional service. They kindly waited for me when I was running behind schedule due to an emergency and were super fast and efficient in their removal. Not to mention, just all around very nice human beings who cared about making things as seamless for me as possible. Thank you so much.

Had a great experience with Jam Vans. The process was super easy and the team professional, friendly and efficient. Rute was a fantastic point of contact throughout. The removers themselves did a great job, managed to remove everything without any problem, including a very heavy super king sized mattress down a narrow staircase. Martin was incredibly helpful sorting out the collection at the depot in Dunstable (I organised an in-person collection since I needed my items at short notice on a specific date, and all deliveries were booked out on that date already). Couldn't recommend more!

We had yet another great experience from the guys at Jamvans.

After leaving our possessions and home furniture in their storage facilities for a couple of months as part of a house move recently, we had everything returned to us just before Christmas to the new destination, all safe, in one piece and accounted for.

Both Ryan and Harvey did an absolutely amazing job looking after us and the move of the items to each room they were required to go without any fuss or challenge. Ryan and Harvey moved us in swiftly and took care in doing so. Also, a shout out to Jake in the moves team who ensured the move went smoothly in the planning process.

I cannot recommend Jamvans and the supporting team enough in what they do.

I had to book a storage facility very last minute and was skeptical as I never heard of the company BUT from the start they have been nothing but brilliant. I was mainly in contact with Rute, who has been amazing, very responsive, knowledgable and patient.
I also had to increase my storage mid way through due to an unforeseen move and it was effortless to arrange for the additional items to be collected. Thanks to both collection teams (Harvey, Jordan and Matthew) who were fantastic, friendly and courteous, ensuring great care with the items being moved and Matthew even had time for a chat my very talkative 2 yr old :)
The team were all truly great and I would highly recommend this company.

Really great experience both storing and then moving all our stuff.

The storage is super clean and dry - all of our items were in top condition after a pretty long time! When we needed to go in to sort out our things they were friendly and helpful.

After that, the removal (UK to Italy) was seamless - with none of the expected trouble at customers (no mean feat given Italy’s reputation for paperwork!)

There has been no damage to our stuff, and the local guys turned up bang on schedule.

So a big “Thank you!!!” to the whole Jam Vans team!

Michael and Kane were great. On time, polite, helpful, efficient, careful with everything they wrapped and moved and a pleasure throughout.

Jake was fantasticly responsive via WhatsApp which made the process of booking and logistics so super simple. It is a nightmare to park on my road and all the team were so super helpful with reassuring me they'd get it done safely and easily. Also a special thank you to Harvey and Rio who were extraordinarily polite and professional and were even early and did a fantastic job. ***** Such a relief to have a supportive and competent team during a stressful move.
