I believe this is a scam! I ordered a wig and it shows delivered but I never received it! I tried chatting and sending emails but no response. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM JALIZA. I honestly believe the positive reviews are FAKE!

I’ve purchased about five wigs from this company, and I can honestly say they’ve exceeded my expectations every time\. The lace is unlike any other I’ve tried, the quality is outstanding, and my orders consistently arrive within 3–5 days\. Their customer service is exceptional. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed an exchange, they’ve responded—often within 30 minutes, and have always been helpful and professional.No one asked me to leave this review. In fact, I requested the link because I wanted to share my experience. This is my honest, 100% genuine review, and I’ll definitely continue shopping with them.

If I could give it a 0 I would! It's been no communication with the delivery updates then when I checked my email it said delivered... Delivered to who?? Better yet who delivered it??? Almost $300 for a wig that I didn't get why hell no either resend my wig or refund my money. Or I will keep writing a bad review because this is bull shit. Been waiting for this hair and y'all playing in my face! Don't order nothing from these scammers. Never had a problem with anyone I bought a wig from and here y'all go with this...IF I WANTED TO WAIST MY MONEY I WOULD HAVE FOUND A BETTER WAY TO DO SO!!!!!

FINALLY - I have the Jaliza Wig I've been wanting for a year IN MY HAND. I ordered the Michelle Bora Bora Wig and the Kiki wig both in chocolate brown. I have to tell you the quality is amazing. It's so wonderful that Jaliza offers different size wig caps. I ordered an XS for my little baby head and it fits perfect! I mean that's half the battle not feeling like you have to secure your wig. The color of the hair is rich and beautiful and you can do so much to the unit adding a hint of different color curly pieces or gold beads. I had to order two more units after I received these two. I highly recommend Jaliza. Their customer service has also gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests and be helpful.

I am literally so annoyed right now. I placed an order directly through their website and paid $15.00 expedited 3-5 day shipping on an "In Stock" item however, upon tracking my item, it has shipped from China and is still stuck at the US customs. I placed my order on July 16, today is July 22. My hair appt was scheduled for today, and now I am going to have to purchase hair elsewhere, and pay another cost for that hair. If I had been made aware the item was shipping from China, I would have placed a hair order with a different company, who ships from US to avoid this delay.

Updated July 24th, my item is still stuck at US customs. This is ridiculous.

Update: as of July 28, my item is still stuck in customs in Los Angeles and according to the response Jaliza left for me, I have reached out to them with dead silence. No refund for shipping costs. I am out product and money for this item. JALIZA is not assisting me at all.

I absolutely love my Jaliza wig! It is very lightweight, beautiful, and looks incredibly realistic. Everywhere I went, people asked if it was my real hair. The braided style is gorgeous, neat, and very natural-looking.
I've worn it for quite a while, washed it several times, and put it right back on. It has held up wonderfully and still looks great. One of the things I love most is how convenient it is, especially during hot flashes. I can easily take it off at night and put it back on during the day without any hassle.
This wig has been a great investment for me. It's comfortable, stylish, easy to maintain, and gives me a polished look in minutes. If you're looking for a beautiful braided wig that is realistic, lightweight, and long-lasting, I highly recommend the Jaliza wig! ❤️

My wig is fraying from the back, this is the second time wearing it.

I bought the Nami 100% human hair wig here that began severely tangling and shedding within weeks. A professional stylist confirmed it has major manufacturing flaws—shortcuts were taken using a thin foundation and loose pieces to fake volume.

I emailed customer service privately, and they replied promising to "find a solution." It has now been weeks of total silence, even after I followed up.

Fantastic experience with their customer service team! Unfortunately, the item I ordered didn't work for me, so I had to initiate a return. The staff was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful the entire time. They turned what is usually a stressful process into a great experience! Thank you!

The company Jaliza customer service is great. They work with you to accommodate your needs. I greatly appreciate this company. Although, the Michelle wig wasn't for me. It was too full, which made the wig look wiggy. I also experienced shedding, I cannot wear a wig that sheds. I was going to wear this wig on vacation, because of the shedding and fullness of the wig I uninstalled the wig. ☹️

Their customer service is exceptional. They are a trusted vendor who backs up what their policy states. The recent wig I purchased was not a good fit for me and I needed to return it. Their response to my request to return the wig was quick and agreeable. They demonstrate quality in products they sell and customer satisfaction.
