I was transferred to Jacobs Clinic after being under another well known company previously. I was nervous to meet a new practitioner with my anxiety but I had no need to worry.
Dr Jacob was amazing from the second our first meeting began.
I can’t recommend this company enough for their professionalism, compassion and dedication. I’ve felt listened to and that my consultant was very knowledgeable in what I needed and within a very small space of time my medication had been adjusted to what I actually needed and has left me feeling good again.
Aftercare has been amazing and when I had an issue with my chemist and the prescription I was anxious thinking I would be a bother phoning for help, it was sorted out immediately for me with helpfulness and I felt like nothing is too much.

We are so grateful to Dr Sree Ukkadam for her exceptional care and professionalism. After the initial consultation and assessments, we had a couple of monthly follow ups with Dr Sree and we have now moved over to shared care, with a review every six months. We are happy to reccomended her excellent service to others.

My family member has been under the care of Jacobs Clinic for a private paediatric ADHD assessment, and subsequent medication titration and review appointments. From the beginning, we have experienced excellent communication and professionalism from the Jacobs Clinic Team, and exceptional care under Dr Ukkadam. The assessment and medication titration process is thorough and robust to NICE guidelines, and I have every confidence in the team and quality of service, so much so that I have recommended the clinic to colleagues and friends who are looking to take the route of private ADHD paediatric assessments.

We contacted Jacob's clinic having had a frightening lack of care for my husband within the NHS. Having spoken to the team and shared some of the challenges we awaited a call back which was arranged. My husband was nervous beforehand and anxious and the call never came. I chased this up for him the following morning and finally one of the Dr's called him back to say that he was too complex a case ( without speaking to him) and that he needed NHS care. Which we can't get which is why we contacted the clinic. The shocking lack of empathy and understanding of the impact this message and it's delivery could have on someone really struggling to reach out and get support is worrying and very disappointing. My husband is still reeling from this now and the feeling that he is in someway a lost cause having repeatedly asked what was so complex and not being given an answer. Had we both not chased this clinic up a total of 3 times would they have even bothered to answer? We will never know but what I would say is think twice before letting your loved ones who may be struggling interact with this company. Having read their advertised services our experience has been the exact opposite.

Absolutely wonderful company. The staff are so lovely, kind, and understanding. And they go above and beyond to help. I was originally with ADHD360, who were fab, so I was anxious about being transferred to Jacobs. But they have been amazing, and so informative about the situation surrounding medication shortages too. I'm more than grateful for the experience I've had with them. Thank you to everyone who dealt with my case!
