Order arrived after more than 3 weeks finally, the long shipping time and bad condition of cardboard packaging seems to have been the fault of custom checks, though.
Ordered Scythe Legendary Box, arrived damaged on multiple sides, no wonder because it was not protected at all, a cardboard box inside a cardboard box without any padding. For an international delivery I expected more.

I liked the playmats very beautiful. That's why I ordered on your online site. The bad part for me whas the long wait time and delivery. The worst part that is not your fault is the extra 50 euro i had to pay because of the border regulations. This is a slap in the face for the customer and your company that misses out on new and further customers, what is really ashamed. Otherwise great and beautiful playmats.
my order has been placed for nearly 20days and it still hasn't arrived
Always dubious about ordering from new websites but IYMO were great! Brilliant communication and my order was delivered quickly and well packaged. Thank you
This mini was a misprint. It doesn’t fit on the base and one of the pins is snapped. And the sword is a very very little green and the rest of the mini is dark green with a black wash over it. Also you cant see the sword in the picture due to the image being taken at an angle. But for £36 pound you still get a lot of a mini! And these mistakes can be fixed at the cost of my own time!!
Unfortunately after purchasing the product I was emailed to be told the product advertised was not the product they had in stock.
I was then issued a refund.
Straight after I bought the item from you I was sent an email to tell me that you were out of stock so I needed to ask for a cancellation and refund!!!
That is not the best way to run a business. You shouldn’t advertise that you have stock if you don’t.
And using it as an excuse to them send me marketing emails is also very crafty. I will be unsubscribing immediately!!
