Love the mystery dice bags, and was running a game for my nieces and nephew, which I wanted to ensure I could give them their own dice for. Super prompt delivery when I had left it a bit last minute, arrived well in time for the game and all the dice they got they were absolutely thrilled with. (2 of them weren't even going to open their second bag as they were so happy with their first ones!)

One of the worst experiences I've had with a company. The dice I purchased were falsely advertised, highly edited pictures on the website and a description with entirely different colours than the dice were. Very disappointed when they arrived, I emailed and I was polite, they actually apologised and said I can pay to return or they will offer me a free mystery dice pack as an apology. I chose to return but I didn't want to pay due to it being a faulty item, they then did a u-turn and said I had to pay, stating they did nothing wrong selling a faulty item and blocked my email address (which is very unprofessional and weird). I had to email again from another email address, stating my consumer rights.

The quality of the dice is poor, they send multiple of the same packs of mystery dice in one order despite stating this won't happen, and when they're now saying they will donate 10% of sales to a charity, they've increased the prices by £2 per pack - which is very unethical. Because actually, they're just gaining more profit.

I wouldn't recommend, and I will be sharing all of this with all my dnd groups.

After one of the packs i bought from a retailer came with an extra d10 instead of a d8, i reached out to support. The customer service was perfect - friendly, pleasant, and responded in less than a day, easily clearing up the mixup! Felt truly valued as a customer. Thank you so much, Lyra!

This was my first time using the site, and I ordered a Christmas gift for my niece. Unfortunately, I made a mistake during checkout — the delivery address had autofilled with a mix of my old and new address. Because I checked out as a guest, I wasn’t able to track the order myself, so I didn’t spot the issue until the delivery failed.
Lyra from Mystery Dice Goblin Support emailed me on the 17th of December, and I also received notifications from Royal Mail saying the parcel couldn’t be delivered. When I looked into it, I realised the problem was entirely my own fault for not noticing the incorrect address.
I replied to Lyra the same day, confirming the correct address, and they immediately reposted the parcel on the 18th. Thanks to their quick action, it still arrived in time for Christmas.

If you've closed up over the christmas period, thats fine but please make this clear on your website. I placed an order i need for you dnd session on the 5th Jan which I wouldn't have bought from you if I had known you wasn't trading. Your etsy shop appears closed but no sign of any information about this on the website and all appeared like my order would ship within the time frame. I now need to scramble to get a replacement!

I loved the dice and I somehow wasnt disapointed by the dice of disapointment. (Even though they were exetremely ugly and now i'm cursed for the rest of my life)

Ordered a 2025 Mystery Dice Goblin Advent Calendar for my dice loving partner and she's thoroughly loving it so far!

Plus, they threw in a freebie, fast and prompt delivery, which is always welcomed across the Christmas Period!

Ordered the advent calendar for my own "dice goblin" ... arrived yesterday (he can't wait for December now lol).

The mystery dice bag was a great addition, and contained great quality dice too (if that's the quality of the dice in the calendar we'll be VERY happy!).

I ordered with mystery dice Goblin recently there was a small issue with my order and they sorted it professionally and fast. Excellent and friendly customer service. I would highly recommend them!

I ordered from MDG on 22nd May for my son's birthday on June 5th. I had a tracking number for Royal Mail, but it just kept saying we are waiting for information. I emailed a few times and got no reply. Finally I messaged on Etsy. I got a reply to say sorry, and they would send the order again. It arrived on time on my sons birthday. Not sure what went wrong, probably RM fault, but they saved the day and the dice arrived in the nick of time. I have been ordering dice from them for quite a while and they are a great company. Very happy with their service.

Ordered dice and a pin badge recently and the items and service exceeded expectations. Great communication, speedy delivery and my son is delighted with his items. The package included a hand written note which was such a thoughtful touch & a free gift. Will definitely order again.

Just amazing service. I ordered dice late for an event and the glorious goblins shipped them next day, and even upgraded them to a pre-10am service for me, for no extra cost. And the dice are beautiful! Could not recommend them more!

I’ve ordered 3 times from mystery dice goblin and everytime has been incredible! they have great customer service, when a package arrived damaged, due to no fault of theirs, they had a very prompt response and sent out another calendar free of charge. all their dice are well made + beautiful.

Do yourself a kind favour and setup the monthly subscription service! Watch as your hoard grows each and every month. For a ridiculously low, honest and fair price as well.
I have been subscribed for 6+ months now, and haven't been disappointed once. They have yet to send a duplicate set, and they also throw in freebies the longer you subscribe!

The customer service is also top tier. They definitely have a level 20 Bard working for them.

All of their products seem to be of the highest quality, and they ship out to you faster than a dragon can flap their wings.

The new Halloween themed bundles are also very tempting... What is a girl to do.

So made an order for 2 similar items just different colours. The "Chief Dice Goblin" which I absolutely love the title, got in touch via email mentioning that due to a system error 1 was in stock the other wasn't, proceeded to give me all the options I could pursue and sent out one that very day.

They kept answering queries I asked over the next week due to late delivery by Royal Mail (Bank Holiday). With delivery they also asked again if I wanted to wait or refund the other item with a option of them personally contacting me when the item comes back into stock.

The product itself works perfectly fine and looks as advertised and came with some extra stickers and die so got more than I originally thought I would get.
