Not my first time using this service to fix my Apple Watch screen, but yet again 100%. Good comms, done and despatched speedily. Would definitely recommend for fixing your Apple Watch hardware isssues.

I dropped my Apple Watch on a tiled floor, shattering the glass. I used the WhatsApp feature and sent a photo to ensure that it was fixable. My message was replied to straight away and after sending over a picture they confirmed all I needed was a glass repair, nothing else. Sent the watch face on the Monday and it was returned, fixed on the Thursday with constant updates throughout.

Brilliant service - dropped my Apple Watch on a tiled floor and shattered the glass. Posted last Friday. Text to say arrived safely on Saturday. Informed in for repair Monday. I have it back on my wrist and working perfectly. At a fraction of the cost from alternative providers. I am absolutely delighted that I took the advice from trustpilot!! This is a genuine post.

I sent my ultra 2 in with what I thought was a broken screen paid the £190.00 sent it of got a call a day later saying it was only the tampered screen that was cracked they could change it but it would be £50.00 including delivery back to me

Great service and value for money. Sent my Apple Watch S6 in for screen repair, the price was much better than all other quotes I got. I sent it in Monday afternoon and was delivered back to me fixed on the Thursday. Communication sent when received and on its way back. Really pleased and won’t go anywhere else in future. I was a little apprehensive using this service. In the end I went with the reviews and chanced it. Exceeded my expectations. Communication is spot on. The repair was done quickly and it great. The screen of my Apple Watch looks and works great. The received the repair Monday and I received it back Thursday. Give them a go you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent, efficient service. I sent my iwatch on Monday to have the screen replaced and received it back Friday, receiving notification at each step of the repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I sent off my Apple Watch 3 to get the screen replaced less than a week ago. It's already back and fully repaired. iwatchrepair kept me updated throughout (even sending a photo and video once they'd removed the old screen). They were clear throughout that my watch wouldn't be guaranteed to be waterproof after the repair. This is stated on their website too. To be honest, I wouldn't expect a non-factory fitted screen to be waterproof anyway, so isn't an issue for me. Extending the life of my watch for the a fraction of the price of a new one is perfect.

Excellent, I was at a loss where to send my vintage Apple Watch for a new battery. Read the reviews and took the plunge. No regrets fantastic, speedy service. I definitely recommend this company.

I have effectively paid £85 to break a £250 watch.

The fact you cannot put the watch in water was not made clear to me prior or during purchase. On my watch's first outing after buying it became water damaged and became totally useless - it won't even turn on.

Contacted customer support to ask for a refund and they did not offer anything (not even a token partial refund).

If you pay for something to be repaired, in my mind you pay for it to return to full functionality and iwatchrepair do not do this. Instead they bury the fact they do not fix your watch properly in their FAQs and use this as an excuse to not offer money back.

The fact you cant use the watch in water is a HUGE omission and that it is in FAQs is not good enough - it needs to be UPFRONT and in ALL EMAIL COMMUNICATION. This is an unbeliebable service.

With the cost of living biting - I cant believe that a company would effectively take £85 to not fix something properly and then allow customers to break their expensive watches because they iwatchrepair cannot (or does not want to) communicate that they cant fix things properly.

Fixing my watch was my "treat" purchase for this month, and I now can't afford a new watch... serves me right for not using Apple officially to fix something.

Quick, easy and a brilliant service. Very happy with my watch screen, looks good as new.

I was going to Whitechapel, so took my watch to their premises. For an extra £10 they provided a priority service and I got my perfectly repaired Apple Watch back in four and a half hours. If you look at Google Maps street view to see the premises, don’t be put off, the imagery is out of date. New shop, nice people, great service.
