I had an apple watch with a broken screen and I sent it to iwatchrepair to fix. They communicated efficiently by email to check a couple of things and repaired the watch speedily. Once returned the watch looks like new and operates perfectly. Result!

I cracked the screen on my watch 6 months ago when I banged into a wall, used this place and they were great. So when I dropped the watch and *again* cracked the screen, I didn't hestiate. Sent it on a Saturday with Royal Mail, they received it Tuesday, it was finished Wednesday and Thursday I was wearing my watch again.

This time I opted to have them add a screen protector... I must admit that now some of the corner complications aren't as responsive as they used to be, not sure if it's screen protector.

But, over all, the reasonable and very transparent pricing, the outstanding communication (emails sent at each stage), means I would use this place again and again (but hopefully won't have to!)

VERY disappointing. This is the 2nd time I have had my watch face replaced. The first time was fantastic and I had no issues. In and out the water.
My watch fell from a chair to a tile floor, probaly about 18". It's such a shame that the glass is so fragile. I had the glass replace by iwatchrepair and 5 minutes after i got in the pool it stopped working. I emailed them and got the, not unexpected reply of 'can't / won't help'

Do NOT use this company. Get your watch fixed properly by Apple. Expensive, yes, but cheaper than having to replace it.

You read these reviews and think they are fake, they are not. I broke my iWatch series 6 on holiday, did some research, this company was the most reasonably priced. I sent it off via recorded delivery and 2 days later had a repaired watch. They did EVERYTHING they promised (so rare in today's world). Thank you.

An absolute 5 star rating, the only thing that would be better is if it was guaranteed waterproof, however I understand that is a promise that can't be made by anyone other than Apple as the OEM, so they still get 5 stars. Well done.

I have just received my Apple Watch returned after a broken glass replacement. The whole process took five working days from posting to receiving it back. The repair is excellent and the service and communication was great. I can whole heartedly recommend this service.

I thought my Apple Watch Ultra had a broken screen. I pre-payed to have it repaired. But it turned out that only my screen protector had broken which is a much less expensive repair. To their credit iwatchrepair reduced my charges and fixed the screen protector. Very happy with their honesty and service.

Bought a used Apple Watch Series 4 that had a badly scratched screen and a battery that didn’t hold charge. I sent it to iwatch repair they replaced both and sent it back by Royal Mail within a week. Great quality screen and the battery takes ages to discharge. Good communication from start to finish. Can highly recommended

I was a bit nervous just sending the watch off to an address in London but the customer service has been excellent. I was updated when they received the watch and all through the repair process. It was a swift repair and return to me. The watch is good as new.

Awful.

Sent my series 6 in for new battery and when returned after charging turned on once and then not again. When sent in for inspection was told me the watch was water damaged ( and sent me pictures to prove it despite have no comparison pictures) and that there would be no compensation.

They effectively took a working watch and broke it. Don’t use them.
