Leaky watering can
Order arrived quickly, but when I eventually gave the watering can to my husband as a gift, it leaked!!! By then it was too late to return.

Fab customer service, lovely item!
I recently bought an Ivyline Circle Metal Log Store through John Lewis (I will buy direct from Ivyline next time!).
Unfortunately there were missing screws. After many weeks of dealing with JL, the wonderful Meg from Ivyline Customer Services contacted me directly and the issue was resolved very quickly.
I love my wood store and will be looking to buy other items from them, but directly from Ivyline in future.
Can’t fault the customer services - I felt they went above and beyond.
