Very happy with the level of professionalism and attention to detail from the off.
for example, Charlotte contacted our energy suppliers to notify them of new tenants and ensured they contacted us. Same with TV Licensing, helps with the headache of address change and bills transfer.

Helpful local estate agents
Helpful local estate agents, good area knowledge and decent number/quality of potential buyers found to view our property for sale.
Any difficulties were sorted out in good time and personally. As a relatively small organisation, personal communicative service forms a key part of Ivy Gate's operation, which serves both client and agent well through what is often the difficult process of buying/selling a home.
Would recommend.
