Ivygate were excellent - very professional and supportive in sourcing a new Tennant for our flat. They were thorough and friendly throughout the process and really helpful and patient with all my questions. We have now found a lovely tenant and I’m very pleased with the service they provided.

We have been tennants with Ivy Gate for 4 years and enjoyed them all.
We got all the information given in a correct way, they were always reachable and understanding, and all issues were handled in a timely manner. The renewal of the contract has been a seamless process and we never felt pushed to take a decision in any occasion.

Now in my third year renting under the care of Ivygate, I can only continue to sing their praises. The personal care and communication they began with has maintained throughout the duration of my stay and only grown stronger. Anytime I’ve raised any concern, Katie and the team have been absolutely amazing at addressing it promptly.

When my partner moved into a seemingly posher place managed by Dexters, the difference in care she received from them was noticeably underwhelming, compared to what we have known with Ivygate.

They say all that shines isn’t golden. Perhaps once contracts are signed, most estate agents lose their shining smiles and turn out to be rather rotten…

Through my experience in the last 1 month of interacting with Ivy Gate and its team of Babak, Jack & Katie, I have only high praises for this incredible group!
