My son wanted to upgrade an old Z600 workstation, it had issues trying to play Forza. ITZone offered a economical upgrade. I left it with them and they returned a game ready computer with excellent graphics. I would thoroughly recommend ITZone especially if you want to upgrade an old machine.

I'd like to take the time out of my day to leave a 5- star review
for the impeccable service I received at ITZONE.
I came to the store needing a full service on my PC . It was in pretty bad shape and accumulated a lot of dust. To my surprise the team told me they could service it within the same day.
Just some background information, my PC has been running slow for the last couple of months because of the dust build up and was incredibly noisy ( to give you an idea how bad it was I was even considering buying a new pc). The team dismantled my PC and did an extensive clean out as well as repasting my CPU.
I have came now and I am writing on the same PC, and it honestly feels brand new. I can't thank you guys enough. 100% recommend ITZONE, a professional team with a quick , no fuss service

IT Zone's ambassador Jameel is a true gentleman
I echo much of what has already been said about IT Zone. Above all, I admire Jameel’s honesty, integrity, specialist knowledge and professionalism. He is a genuine gentleman. Bit like finding a needle in a haystack. It was my second time visiting IT Zone. On this occasion, I went for a laptop for my son who is doing his GCSEs. Jameel listened to our needs and offered outstanding advice and showed us a range of options, encouraging my son to test, feel each laptop. My son’s current laptop was making a noise and Jameel offered to do a service. It turned out that the service wouldn’t have been worthwhile. Jameel could’ve easily told us, this can’t be fixed. But he opened the laptop and explained why it could not be repaired. My younger son loves Jameel’s advice so much that he’d also come along just to ask some questions about his gaming PC. Again, Jameel offered good advice.
IT places are plenty, as others also say. But it’s Jameel’s attitude, approach and good nature which, in our view, serves as a human magnet. He prioritises people and their needs and wants ahead of profits which, let’s be honest, in today’s society is rare. Money comes and goes, but relationships, trust, mutual respect and kindness are acts of good karma which debit our life account with positivity and radiate unexpected good surprises through the grace of God, whomever we believe in.
IT Zone is the train. Jameel is its noble and decent, law-abiding driver. He’s on a journey, welcoming on board passengers like me and my sons. We are delighted and proud to be part of his journey and wish him continued success. May the Lord continue to bless him and give him the guidance and wisdom to further progress his business which he fully deserves. IT Zone, needless to say, remains our first and only choice for our IT needs.

Forget going to the major stores for you computer needs..put your trust in itzone and you will not disappointed.
Jameel and shezad are two honest gentlemen who work with you and deal with any IT issues.
I needed a specific system with certain specifications and itzone provided just that within no time at all. All the costs were broken down and explained professionally.
Furthermore there aftercare is something you wont get anywhere..i did have systme issue on install at home but itzone were a call away and it was dealt with immediately.
What more can i say other than you wont go wrong with itzone.

Ditch the rest and Go for the Best!
Before I met ITZoneonline I tried many companies, large and small, in the Birmingham area for help with buying and maintaining a PC and Laptop. Most were pricey or kept me waiting. I came across ITZoneonline, by chance, some years ago. Since then, I have never looked back and never had any reason to look elsewhere. At least when I have looked elsewhere, I see that they can’t compete with ITZoneonline for price, customer service, and expert assistance.
From purchasing to repairs and remote assistance this team are second to none. Right now, they are working on an Auragraph machine that hasn’t seen the light of day for many years. Most companies wouldn’t have the expertise let alone the patience to respond to the challenge.
The company is totally customer focused -and this probably accounts for why they have a large and loyal customer base. I do not believe this company can be beaten on price, customer service and reliability.
This is why I can say confidently and without fear of contradiction to say Ditch the Rest and Go for the Best!

Been going to these amazing people for years
I first discovered IT zone many years ago when I had an issue with a PC I built. Normally find it hard to trust giving a custom built PC to shops, but these guys gave me such an amazing first impression with the best support I have ever gotten.
