I took my (pretty much) dead HP Envy to this brother and he managed to get it started and was spot on with his diagnosis in about an hour. He quoted £90 to replace the dysfunctional HDD with a new 240Gb SSD, a fresh install of Win 11 and even re-pasted the dried out thermal paste from the processor.
Turnaround was a couple of days and everything now works perfectly.

Hi. I don’t give 5 starts normally. But to find a shop where you can without hesitation leave your laptop and having a peace of mind it’s difficult. When I contacted the staff of ITzone. Fast, Reasonably Priced & Good Quality Service
Battery on laptop wouldn't hold charge
So I asked them to replace it
They ordered the battery and asked me to come in when it arrived
Fitted it in about half an hr, and advised that the reason the battery went flat is probably because of a faulty DC jack
So had that ordered and fitted by them also
Quick and good quality service
Reasonably priced, recommended

I am grateful for having found a local point of contact for IT products and services, there are many service providers out there, but it's very had to find reliable, trustworthy ones. That has been my experience of ITZONE. They offer high quality branded products (HP, Dell etc) and professional services, but most importantly backed up with a sincerity & honesty to match, with years of experience. I have purchased a range of IT equipment, including laptops and PCs, most recently another HP laptop and a HP laser printer. They always make sure to educate & advise you on any IT option so as to best tailor any product or solution for your need. Not for the sake of selling. For my work they will always kept me updated of the progress, and advised on costs or details upfront.

My son wanted to upgrade an old Z600…
My son wanted to upgrade an old Z600 workstation, it had issues trying to play Forza. ITZone offered a economical upgrade. I left it with them and they returned a game ready computer with excellent graphics. I would thoroughly recommend ITZone especially if you want to upgrade an old machine.
