Absolutely shocking channel. Unable to watch any programmes due to buffering or crashing! Tried to watch a few things. They manage to show numerous adverts without any problems, but, a few minutes after the programme starts, it crashes.
If you haven't tried, save your time and don't bother.

Anyone from ITV ever read these comments?
ITV X is not fit for purpose and should be shut down

Too many ad breaks, then the programme restarts from beginning! Impossible to watch. Why not have big ad break at start of each show? Then just run the programme.

Unwatchable due to the amount of ad breaks, the length of the ad breaks and repetitive ads. Understand that's the business model, but it's gone too far and now a complete turn off, literally.

I couldn’t put no stars or I would! Taken the payment but not provided with the service! Definitely avoid at all costs!!!

Absolutely Awful.
I thought ITV Hub was bad but this is 10x worse. I rarely watch ITV nowadays and with this app I will watch it even less.

Awful awful and awful! Constantly crashes, constantly drops out, whenever you advise them they have no idea what to do

A truly shocking customer experience every time. It’s as though it is set-up purely for the advertiser’s benefit. It needs avoiding at all cost.

Absolutely AWFUL. I HATE having to watch programs on their online service. NO other services have the lag and stoppage like ITVX.

In this day and age they should know and learn off their competition who are so reliable

SCAMMERS, pay for premium and still get ads

Genuinely terrible I literally never leave reviews but it’s that bad I am genuinely the worst streaming app ever still add with premium and the most glitchy app ever painful to try and watch something on it

The worst streaming service ever. Slow, clunky, Badly laid out and just hard work. It’s like a first attempt in the 1970’s to bring a streaming service to tv. Simply Dreadful.

Too many ads and last too long. Can't get subititles unless I watch live or record the program.
I've abandoned ITV progs which for some reason I've missed their original airing and haven't recorded.
Of course I could pay - but why shoould I when progs are transmitted free

ITV X is a complete waste of time. You can’t watch what you want to watch. You can’t delete what you’ve already watched. You can’t delete what you don’t want to watch. When you do watch it you’re not allowed to fast forward through advertisement breaks. It’s a classic case of YOU SIT THERE AND DO AS YOUR TOLD.

Wish I could give 0 - slow - clumsy and definitely not user friendly - what has happened to Emmerdale - if you want to watch last Wednesday then ok but no chance watching any thing further - BBC channel 4 and more 5 far superior - wake up ITV X and get some specialist input to revamp

Dire. Don't pay for a subscription. Terrible buffering and far fewer of the old programmes that were on Britbox, eg The Sweeney, Poirot and no old films. Cancelled after the first month.

Most of the time it just doesn't work. When it does the ads go on forever and the picture quality is like TV from the 1970s. Hey ITV - go look at Netflix to see how it can be done
