Expected delivery date was a week ago and it still has not arrived. I had not realised the trackers were coming all the way from China and I don't think they have even reached the UK yet. Their website makes you think they are UK based. They also advertise their products on offer at the same price all the time, despite saying it's going to end by a certain date.

I don't have a lot of hope after seeing these reviews that the trackers will be any use, if they do eventually show up. I won't be buying from them again.

Don’t order from them . I recieved nothing .

Ordered the item 3 weeks ago when I asked for update they said item out of stock. I asked for refund 3 times, they then say can't refund as its been processed.if its back in stock and processed why didn't I get update so still no idea if and when I'll get my order.
Never use this company.

I purchased a leg support harness for dog who had cancer, it took ages to arrive and then it was to small. I enquired about the returns process so they came back with a load of crap saying it would cost me more to return and to give it to a friend or family member. They offered me £2.59 refund which I think is a insult. I was already upset with my dogs illness, this Company is a scam, taking people's money off them, selling shit items and not refunding the money. Please do not purchase anything. I have to say that I have had to have my beautiful dog put to sleep now. I absolutely hate websites who lie,and steal and reply with crap to emails........

I would give Zero stars if I could. When i ordered this item from fluffyfriendsshop.uk, I assumed it was in the UK. It took almost 3 weeks to be delivered. When it was eventually delivered, it came with an EU plug and no UK adapter. The quality was very poor so i checked for the Safety Certification and there is none. I can not use this item safely with my pets incase of an electrical fault and it causing a fire. I contacted Fluffy Friends who kept offering me a discount 5 times up to 50% off, but safety is more important than a discount. I asked for return information to be told i had to pay tracked postage to Germany. IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR PETS, DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. NOT A UK PRODUCT OR COMPANY.

If I could give zero stars I would. First took weeks to arrive, I should have smelt a rat then. I ordered pet pro GPS trackers. Got sent blue tooth trackers- of no use whatsover. Won't even work in the home!
Contacted customer service received generic reply about returning at my cost. I stated I just want the product I ordred. Was asked to send proof of incorrect item received ( I did) photos of product and packaging so they could authorise a
replacement. After numerous emails they have not acknowledged they sent a different product which does not work even as a bluetooth ( but isnt what I ordered anyway sent the offer of a refund again, at my cost as per the terms & conditions, blah blah. I JUST WANT WHAT I ORDERED!
Do not waste your time or money.

Date is delivery date. Took ages to arrive. Looks like a good quality cat litter mat but was folded into 4 pieces taped shut and put in a small bag. It is not going to lie flat. They say messgae same day if any issue. Messaged twice no response yet except to ask to review. I already reviewed and had an email confirmation link to verify. My 1 star review is nowhere to be seen. All reviews are 4 star. Very unlikely.
Will see what they say before I contact PayPal

Ordered an indestructible Dog Frisbee from Fluffyfriendshop.uk and what an awful experience it was,
Thought it was a bit strange when I received my order confirmation and it said it would take 14 days to arrive. Further investigation and my delivery tracker soon revealed the item was being shipped from China.
So the question is would my indestructible Dog frisbee be of typical Chinese quality? I'll get to that in a minute.
The item actually took 23 days in total to arrive. During this process I contacted their customer service department and to be fair I did receive a very pleasant response telling me the item was on it's way and it would be 14 days from despatch. However their website doesn't state this, it simply says 6-14 business days.
Anyway, back to the question of whether the indestructible frisbee was of typical Chinese quality.
Yes, it absolutely was. Totally destroyed in the first 3 throws.
Don't bother ordering anything from this lot.

My order has not arrived. They do not let you track your delivery. There is therefore no way to find out whether or where your delivery is. Let's see if they respond to my email.
