Having investigated this further with yourself and the merchant you placed the order with, as we'd explained in our initial email contact, unfortunately due to the items being used and worked on the merchant is unable to replace the delivered goods. Any damages or issues should be reported immediately upon receipt or within 7 days of receiving and before installed.

Incorrect delivery
We ordered and paid for two bags of slate. We received one, nobody had notice that only one had been loaded. We then waited until the end f the day to receive a second bag. We were not kept informed and had to chase with phone calls. We are elderly and had arranged for help to lay slate, but the missing bag arrived too late to use this,

I'm so pleased with Plane & simple. I live in North Wales and ordered a metal mesh panel for son who lives in Hampshire. Not fully knowing what I ordered it ended up the wrong item. The return was handled seamlessly and a refund with no problem what so ever. Thank you so much
