This company is simply incredible! Not only have I learnt a tonne by following their instagram profile I have also learnt so much about my own body since using their toys!! I had never owned sex toys before but I decided to take the leap and purchase an item… then another, then another! They are great to use alone and with a partner. I love the bags that come to store them… I don’t have to be worried about anyone going into my top drawer as all they’ll find is an adorable pouch!

I bought the piper vibrator, the vibrations within the larger part of the toy are great 5 stars! However I found the shorter part of the toy slightly awkward to hit the right spot of the clitoris and not enough vibrations coming through it to give enough clitoral stimulation while using the larger part vaginally

My Frankie product will not charge anymore after leaving it on the charger for hours. Just keeps dying after only a few months of having it. Reached out in regards to warranty and have not heard back in 3 days when they are supposed to have great customer service. Very disappointed.

Only giving 2 star as I do like the material it's made of, nice and soft, but it was faulty when I got it, kept turning off, and has only gotten worse despite being fully charged it turns off spontaneously could be one second could be 1 minute, very very annoying:/ I actually haven't contacted any customer service because I don't have time, which is why I bought the product online to begin with and I don't want to have to pay anymore money to send it back :/ it was expensive enough as it was, a peice of rubbish is what I got though really:/ pretty dissatisfied

I absolutely love your products, and LOVE the Darcy vibrator, but I was so sad when it stopped working after only having it for 6 months. I used a discount when I bought it so I got it for half price I believe, and got given a credit (discount code) for the amount I paid but was still out of pocket when I had to buy a replacement (as you cant use two discount codes in your checkout). I tried the Billie instead, which I do love but it doesn’t work as well for me personally as the Darcy. It’s been a good experience regardless with Normal, and I’m eager to try the Piper next.
