Ladies and gentlemen, I regret to tell you about my experience at the İstanbul clinic

At the beginning of our acquaintance, Mr. Manager Onur Yavuz seemed pleasant and polite.
I decided to place 8 implants, 21 zircon crowns and, of course, also carry out preliminary preparation of the teeth for this process.
When the implants were installed, Mr. Onur Yavuz began to insist on 80% payment and repeated this periodically several times.
I politely explained to him that payment would be made after finishing the work immediately as agreed in advance.
Then, on the day before the installation of the crowns, he demanded that I sign a contract in which it was printed that I was satisfied with the entire procedure and had no complaints, he also demanded that I write it by hand and put my signature.
I was very surprised and said that I can do it after the whole process is over if I want, but then he said that if I don’t sign this paper. There will be no further service.
I was in complete shock, since my mouth was full of implants without crowns and was a monstrous sight and I had no other choice but to sign this paper.
After this, the crowns were installed and I paid in cash for the work done.
After this visit, I returned to the Netherlands and had to come back some time later to finish the remaining crowns.
Upon return. I went to my Dutch dentist for control and it turned out that two cast crowns were installed on my teeth 26/27 and one of the teeth did not have preliminary preparation and did not fit, and the presence of articular crowns does not provide complete control. .
I reported this to Mr. Onur Yavuz and he said that when I arrived he would see what to do and promised to install 2 separate crowns, he was also very unhappy that I went to my dentist, explaining that I I don't trust his doctors. .

In this Turkish clinic they took x-rays many times, but no one saw the problem of this tooth (or did not want to see it).
Separate crowns had to be placed on two teeth, as well as preliminary preparation, which was not done and entailed additional costs for me.
Upon returning to Turkey, these two cast crowns were removed and Mr. Onur Yavuz promised me that when all preparations were completed, he would make new crowns (which is required by the guarantee).
Unfortunately, this gentleman deceived me and did nothing and said that he would return the value of my crowns, then I told him all the necessary bank details, but he said that he could not make the return by a regular normal international transfer and sent me a copy of some Turkish papers, where my bank account number was not even indicated, but only my
Name.
I also called this Turkish bank. but nothing is known about this transaction there.
This type of treatment of clients and failure to fulfill its obligations and guarantees is scandalous and has no right to offer its services as a medical institution and should be blacklisted.

Great service. Arranged all transfers and hotels as expected. They thought of my overall health first when doing treatment and not just after the money as they were concerned about healing process then further treatment. This is how I know they are professionals. Dentist is immaculate also. Can't wait to get the rest of my treatment when fully healed.

I was visiting Turkey from USA to get my teeth done. This stuff is just amazing. Onur general manager so helpful!!! Dr. Candan and all team very professional !!! Clinic extremely clean !!! Doctors very knowledgeable!! Look no further. If you looking for professional life lasting results this is a right place. If you look for quick fix then choose any other Clinic as they will not do that or anything that will have a potential risk or compromise your health !!!!! Thank you guys !!

Visiting the dentist was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The dentist was incredibly gentle, and the offer of coffee and a relaxing atmosphere immediately put me at ease. I appreciated the tour of the building, which helped alleviate any lingering nerves. Most importantly, the dentist's honesty about the state of my teeth was refreshing. I strongly recommend this dentist for their professionalism, gentleness, and honesty.

Great service and super friendly people! If I ever have dental problems and I’m in Istanbul, definitely coming here! My guy Umut was super supportive and friendly. Would recommend to everyone.

In every clinic I go to, they said 3 months of recovery time for the implant. They started the zirconium crown of the implant I had here 1 month later. They finished my zirconium crown in 3 days and it is never obvious that it is excessively natural. Their specialist are very successful and interested. I can say that it is number 1 in terms of price/performance, they provide more affordable and quality service than most clinics.

After my long search for a dentist, I met the expert staff of Istanbul Dental Academy. They said I had a problem with my gums and referred me to a gum specialist and periodontist. The dentist did a very clean job. My pain is gone and I feel lighter. It was spotless after deep cleaning and curettage. They also provided smile aesthetics by using zirconium coating. Dişlerimin görüntüsünden memnum değildim. Gülüş tasarımı için çokça yer araştırdım. En sonunda İstanbul Diş Akademisini buldum. Bana zirkonyum kaplama tedavisi önerdiler. Çokça dost tavsiyesi ve yorumlara bakarak geldim. İyiki de buraya gelmişim. Aşırı temiz ve ilgililer. Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

Disimi cektirdikten sonra korkmama ragmen implantimi cok rahat bir sekilde yaptirdim, doktorumun eli cok hafifti. Iyilesme sureci gectikten sonra hizli bir sekilde zirkonyum kaplama yaptilar. Onur beye ilgisi icin cok tesekkur ederim. Tedavimde bastan sona cok ilgililerdi. Surekli temizlik yapiliyor asiri steril bir ortam olmasi da onemli bir detay.

Çok ilgili ve Güleryüzlü bir ekip. Çok fazla korkularım vardı İstanbul diş akademisi ailesi sayesinde hepsi geçti bütün tedavilerimden çok memnunum mutsuz gidip çok mutlu bir şekilde ayrıldım akademi ailesine teşekkür ederim 😊.
