Islamic Travel Recensioni

Asalamu alaykum I arranged an umrah trip via irfan of Islamic travel for my son and daughter.
Irfan arranged eveything with mininum fuss and allayed any fears I had , a minor mishap was swiftly addressed and an even better solution was provided.
I recommend the company and irfan if you ever decide to make the blessed trip of Umrah.

Really recommend this travel agency, everything was booked accordingly and as promised. Very good and responsive communication! Thank you again Ibtsaam, may Allah bless you and give you rewards.

Was lovely dealing with Awais for our umrah package unfortunately the package was not for us however the customer service was lovely and for this he does deserve recognition

Very wonderful. I have bought tickets and booked my package from any travel agency till date. Till date, no one has given me as much service as Ali Bhai has given me. I thank him because because of him, our Umrah package and the duty of Umrah was fulfilled properly. Thank you Ali Bhai, you are great.
All credit goes to Mr Ali thanks 🙏 again

Assalamualaikum,
Alhamdulillah this was my fourth invite to Hajj/Umrah by Almighty.

My recent visit for Umrah (15th Feb-23rd Feb) was arranged and packaged by brother Hamza from Islamic Travel.

There were 7 of us family members, brother Hamza put everything together to ensure that it was well packaged.

He was well knowledgeable about the hotels, distance and the flights time & duration and suggested the many options so we can make the most of our time during our stay there.

Before we went brother Hamza spent days and hours on different days receiving my calls to meet my needs.

The ground transfer went very smooth, the contact communication channel was well arranged and the response and pickups were very prompt.

Their ground transfer partners were well professional and patient while we were onboard.

Brother Hamza I really appreciate your patience and may Allah Sub.. reward you for your good work and honesty.

I understand that at different times finding the right package at the right price to meet one’s budget can be difficult, l believe this is due to demand and peak period.

Thank you again brother Hamza!

Shamir, thank you very much for your professional service in dealing with my travel needs.

You were very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. You ensured you kept me informed about the whole process and kept in touch throughout.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your travel firm to family and friends.

Again, Shamir thank you for your support, service and commitment to my travel needs.

I was in contact with zain sroya to find a package for me and my family. He took the time to check multiple options for me and was patient in answering my questions. Although i decided to go with another agency i can state that i had a good experience dealing with zain who showed vero good customer service.

Bro Awais, helped arrange everything and responded to the changes as and when required. From hotel to airport transfers everything was delivered on time and in a polite and friendly manner.

Overall good experience. Had some issue during booking as the agent Shamir was away, but turned out to be a good package.

I am more than grateful to have been recommended this travel agency. I can not give enough praise! Hamza was such a great agent, always quick to reply to messages and very accommodating to what my family and I needed. My whole experience was seamless, from the moment I messaged for help with packages, to the end of my trip Alhumdullilah! Our umrah package was great and such an amazing price for a family of 7!

Had an amazing tour, had no issues so glad that we booked our package from Islamic travel. The price was great and reasonable. Really want to extend my big thanks to Hamza for making it so smooth for us. He was kindly available on WhatsApp to answer any queries and to help out in times of need where we had one slight issue with the hotel booking but was immediately resolved by Hamza and he also ensured that out rooms were upgraded as we have to wait for 10mins.
Very professional and I highly recommend Ismaic Travels. I have given their references to our family members and will also be our preference whenever we plan to go next. Again thanking Hamza making it a wonderful hassel free experience for us. May Allah reward you with all the goodness

I booked Umrah through Islamic travel, we were a group of 8, Hamza who looked after us dealt with everything. We told him the dates we want to travel and 5 star hotel and he sorted the package put without any fuss, we made several changed which he deal with. We ended up getting a really good deal and all went smoothly all thanks to Hamza. I highly recommend Islamic travel. Thank you Hamza for making our journey very smooth. We will be using your travel agency again in the future inshallah

An amazing service. Irfan made everything really easy for me and got me a great deal. He was there every step of the way and provided great customer service.

Irfan was very helpful in booking great hotels for us. While we were on Umrah he would message to check in to make sure everything is okay

I booked through Islamic travel and everything was perfect, the transport and the experience was smooth. Hamza found me a really good price and I changed my mind many times and he was very patient with me. Hamza checked on if everything was going smoothly through the journey I highly recommend booking through Islamic travels and through Hamza

Islamic travel have been great!
Thank you for the support for our family group trip. Ibtsaam arranged a trip for 12 passengers to fly to Saudi to complete our umrah and then after a week fly to Bangladesh to see family. He arranged it so 3 out of 12 could fly back earlier. Islamic travel arranged everything from tickets hotels airport transfers Makkah to medina transfers and also our ziyaraat. We had a tour guided umrah experience (brother nabeel was amazing may Allah reward him) Islamic travel also arranged our ziyaraat it was good though the tour guides could have explained a little more about where we were and the history.
There was some issues with hotels etc however Islamic travel helped and arranged everything. Brother Ibtsaam was very patient with me and my family as it takes a lot for a big group to decided but we could not have done it without brother Ibtsaam. Thank you very very much! May Allah reward you for the support you gave us
