Inaccurate invoice with additional charges

My bill has increased yet again, the calculations do not add up to the total I am being charged, I am being incorrectly charged a credit card fee, I am being charged for a line rental but this figure is not written into the invoice but I’d calculated into the end figure and the customer service team are impossible to understand, which only escalated my frustration. I requested a call to be escalated, was offered a $5 discount to compensate for my months of being overcharged. When entering in my caller feedback, the prompt advice there is an emergency and IPrimus can’t take my call right now.

I lost ALL my E-mail folders from…

I lost ALL my E-mail folders from Outlook 2007 because Microsoft stopped supporting server POP3. So far no one at iPrimus was able to help me to set up new E-mail. So far I had spent 3 days on the phone with them and I am still without E-mail because no one there could understand or know how to change the providers sender! As the bills were coming to that E-mail who is going to fix that? I did end up in tears today during my conversation with them. I would not recommend for anyone to sign up with them. Now you can only ring them during specific hours, no more 24/7 service!

The 4 stars is for the network as I have hardly any problems with it for 5 years, but I give 1 star for the fact my plan has gone up again that $20 per mth extra, when I sighned up for nbn they promised it wouldn’t go up and I’d get only get charged the same amount as broadband. What a crock at $121 per nth now

I HAVE BEEN WITH IPRIMUS FOR 8 YEARS

I HAVE BEEN WITH IPRIMUS FOR 8 YEARS. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM ADVISING THE ONLY WAY I CAN NOW PAY FOR MY INTERNET SERVICE IS VIA DIRECT DEBIT.
I DONT HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH DD - I JUST DONT WANT TO BE DICTATED TO. WHEN I PAY FOR A SERVICE I WANT TO CHOOSE THE WAY I PAY FOR IT. SO I CALL IPRIMUS - only two choices now. New service or faults.
I eventually get a human that apologises again and again. Very sweet person in the Philippines named Shelia. Shelia asked me to hang up the call when we were finished because she doesn’t have a hangup button. They don’t even give her the provision to disconnect the call. What a dreadful company.

I’m now looking for a new service provider.

Have been with IPrimus now for years…

Have been with IPrimus now for years and except for my Modem dying it has been great. And they had a new Modem to my door in 3 days , so was very pleased, fast speed and only ever contacted them a few times by phone and though it took a while was no problem

Don't Sign Up with Iprimus, Run from them!

It was an expensive service and even though I had made the extra 3 months payment I was harassed by mail, email and text. Initially they advertised they would come to install but this did not happen
I am 70 and have ADHD and bipolar and this the worst treatment I have had from any company in my life
Run!

Worst ISP in the world

Genuinely cannot recommend any company less. I am posting this using my mobile connection from another supplier because the wifi won't even load a Web page. The customer service is atrocious. I've been telling them for months about the issues I'm having and they are completely uninterested in helping me. You have to call to cancel your plan too, and wait on the line for quite some time to do so. Incompetent, atrocious product. You'd be better off using a public wifi or trying to steal your neighbours connection.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience with iPrimus

I recently decided to give iPrimus another chance after being a customer years ago, but unfortunately, my experience this time around has been extremely disappointing. After just three months since moving to a new place, I've had enough.

My recent encounter with their customer service was nothing short of frustrating. I endured over 10 minutes of waiting on hold, only to have someone finally pick up the call and remain silent on the other end. Despite hearing background noise, there was no attempt from their end to address my concerns or assist me.

It's evident that iPrimus has declined in quality since I was last with them, and I can't help but attribute it to their decision to move their call center overseas. The level of service provided now is simply unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I'm seriously considering switching to a different internet service provider. It's unfortunate that iPrimus has failed to meet my expectations, especially considering my previous positive experiences with them.

Most of the time down

I need to restart the NBN box & router all the time. Finally, the connection is down for an entire day (Sunday). Better to pay a few dollars extra and go for a reliable ISP instead of these cheap ones. What's the point of saving a few dollars by not having a proper connection?

IPrimus was the worst customer…

IPrimus was the worst customer experience I have ever had. They were both unaccommodating and rude. Despite asking for my information to be deleted off their system I continued to receive emails asking for payments when I was not connected.
The people in customer service were extremely rude and inconsistent, telling me I need to take a day off work if I wanted wifi but then changing their minds that they could organise a weekend visit. Please go with any other provider if you want a smooth process where you won't be shouted at over the phone.

Throttling, Liars, rip offs

been throttling me the whole time was lied to about needing a fiber upgrade to improve speed the tech is ment to come on the 11 of aug to connect fiber from pit to pole, since being with them I was meant to get 100mbps instead got between 12-30mbps after having a convo with them today and telling them that i have caught them in their lie and will be playing my recording of the convocation to TIO all of a sudden I get 100mbps with out fiber how strange is that ,the old copper wire handles that amazing , these people are scammers liars and thief's and every other nasty word in the dictionary, and the blatant lies , i work for nbn so i know and its very strange how after this call all of a sudden the speed went to what its ment to very strange, not really since they were bull shitting through their teeth STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERSEAS ISP go with aussie or superloop hell id even take telstra over them or optus at least they are honest to australian customers i still wont be paying the bill till the tech comes to connect the fiber tho even if iprimus has stopped throttleing me really bad form not the first time they have been caught out doing this.

This is probably the worse internet provider you can get. STAY AWAY!!!
It's never there fault, I have to rest models at least once a month,l due to internet drop outs. They basically made me spend an $1000.00 because on a mesh system because they said there is interference with the wifi. The mesh did not fix the problem. So I have hardwired most of my electronics and that also hasn't fix the drop outs... But it's still nothing on there side. For some reason my bid rates jumps from 80-120 for no reason even if I have uncapped and a supposed fixed rate.

There is absolutely no reason why anyone else needs to suffer. Please take some extra time and do your research, any other provider would be a better choice.

Horrendous iprimus misconduct

Did you all know that iprimus have been fined millions of dollars by the accc
For Missconduct??!!!! Iprimus are EVIL!!! I do not know how their directors and employees manage to sleep at all at night!!!

My horrendous nightmare commenced when iprimus rang me to sell me the Nbn in ‘2020’ without advising me of it’s limitations and missinforming me. Iprimus have picked the wrong lady (me) to continuously Stooge. They sold me nbn for iprimus’s profit, not Mine!!! And more over-to my detriment!!!!!!!!

I have caught out iprimus with SO many anomalies and contradictions and I have made the ombudsman and iprimus aware of their multiple errors and continuous missleading behaviour. Their Victorian operations
Manager has ‘acknowledged’listening to all my phone calls to their cheap philippino call centre! He is also bound by his employers’ VILE protocol.

Iprimus are the WORST telco in Australia!!! In conjunction with DODO!!! My poor brother is with them!!!😂😛

I have had to open two cases with the tio!!!! Ombudsman!!!!!

iprimus is a f#*!ing scam full stop

I attempted to connect my service for almost a week, never happened I called & cancelled the service. I’ve just checked my emails & they have been attempting to direct debit $270 from my account and have continued to bill me saying I have used wifi when the service was never connected and modem has been unplugged & in the box since 7 days after it arrived.. they continue to insist I pay 4 months worth of bills along with the modem cost after they also requested I send the modem back, I agreed to send it back and they still expect me to pay for at least half of the modem and 4 months that she can supposedly “SEE” it has been active for. That’s funny considering it was not active for a single day. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I got put on hold for about 5 minutes and had an automated message say “due to an EMERGENCY, iprimus is unavailable right now please call again later. Goodbye”
I also had a missed call from them, after our call was disconnected the day I was attempting to set it up.. I reverse searched the number and it came up with 100s of reviews as a scam/spam call claiming to be many different services..
I called the number and they answered as iprimus only then did I realise they had tried to call me back during that call..

I Primus not worth the headache

I moved just over a month ago
I called iprimus and was advised to simply go online and put in the relocation days later I still had no info from iprimus, I called them a gain I was assured the service would be connected the following day, 2 days later with still no internet I called yet again this time I was advised I would be connected that day 2 weeks later still no connection,
Iprimus bills are still rolling in for a service I do not have,. The last bill showed I used 149gb. However this is pretty hard to use considering it's not connected or plugged in so how could iprimus say I used any internet
Once again today they have made promises that they have not and will not keep
I'm looking for a new network

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Horrible customer service, full of lies and false promises
Claimed a $50 signup bonus for signing up through Facebook which was never applied in 2 bills, was told by multiple customer service reps to disregard and that it would be credited to my account - which never happened
Found it also bundled into my 2nd bill, along with a late payment fee of $5 and the $10 off for 6months for new customers - was told this would be applied from the 2nd bill, which also didn't happen
First enquiry about the $50 off - was told 'the manager was on leave so it wasn't applied, but would be credited to my account'
A week later, still outstanding credit and being chased and harassed for not paying it after being told to disregard it because it would be credited to my account
Another week later, still outstanding and found it rolled into my 2nd bill as mentioned
Told again it would be credited to my account and not to worry
Still getting harassed about outstanding balance, called and said I will be cancelling and they still attempted to get me to pay the whole lot, told them that would not be happening and if they wanted their rubbish modem back that they will be sending me a return slip for it as I refuse to give them another cent of my money
