Communication a revoir.
J'ai commandé une casquette red bull via ce site, j'ai bien reçu le mail de confirmation ainsi que le numéro de colis pour suivre la livraison mais ensuite plus aucunes nouvelles... J'ai donc essayé de les contacter par mail mais impossible d'avoir une réponse. Bref, au bout de quelques jours, la commande est arrivée.
Je me dis que c'est peut-être à cause de la période de Noël.
Ils ont de bons produits mais ne sont pas fort en communication ni en délai de livraison.
Si vous commandez chez eux, ne soyez pas pressé et n'attendez pas trop de communication.

Hat sehr gut geklappt
Die Lieferung hat einwandfrei geklappt und wurde schlussendlich schneller als angekündigt geliefert.
Einzige Unsicherheit war, dass es mich beim Bezahlvorgang rausgehauen hat und ich nicht sicher war, ob die Bestellung wirklich aufgegeben wurde.

Fake page
I sent them a long time ago a query related to the basic information that I need to know before ordering because not everything is listed on the page and they have not responded yet.
Probably this site is fake and it is better not to risk buying fake products.
I am so sad because I am trying to order Acnelyse online because it is not available in my country and I do not have any luck.

The Acnelyse cream sold out fast due to the new legislation law now in effect pertaining to all medical creams shipped out of Turkey, which has held up many shipments, which most have been cancelled. Consequently, your Acnelyse order was put on Back-order.
However, another shipment will arrive at UK warehouse by Wednesday 16 November, latest Thursday.
Your Acnelyse order will be shipped out straight away with tracking once the shipment arrives to our warehouse.

I've ordered two items of the same product and got only one. After writing to IPREMA they promised to send me again the missing product plus another one. I've waited for one more month and finally got it. Next time I'll know that it takes time to arrive to Israel....
