I was handling a personal matter and felt pressured like a car salesman and I wanted to address with my partner and team about how they felt because I felt rushed in the middle of traffic. Did appreciate the learning procedures of one attorney named Mark Mathew but I felt as if I was talking to a call center to finalize my plan for my business. I am an orderly type of CEO and I like peace and my availability is limited. After 5pm no business calls!!!! And make sure you have the person's wishes respected! There is no class! You can do it yourself with your own team! You may have got me for the first fee $249 but there is a proper way to address a private owner!
I am over here reading the previous review and who got scammed! Thats crazy work! Thank you but when I said no there should have been an understanding and respect what I said!!!! I said slow down! Im driving in traffic and you had your team rushing me into traffic my partner choking drinking water down the wrong tube! I don't play around and it's sad that I have to feel like praying to God for the next step! Amen. I hope you understand that I did appreciate the help but the lady I spoke with did not understand today was a very busy day and long day. If you are real please fix your business to be a real business I can find on the BBB! I dont know but this is a real life that you are dealing with be honest and actually care about the person. But if you are who you say you are! Show your online presence and in person because people actually need you. But if you are scamming shame on you!
I was trying to let you know I was not available.

When you contact a service providing organization, they are supposed to cross their dot their I's and cross their T's. This company failed to inform me of the process. Because I did not know the procedures, I contacted this company to get my logo trademarked. They told me that they would search the name of my company for a trademark. The also said that I would need 3 classes to trademark. I told them that I wanted my logo on certain items, and I believe I would need other classes. Instead of giving me clarification a speaking to the lawyer I spoke with a rep that was lacking qualities to comprehend the process and procedures. I paid for 2 extra classes and now I am being told that I needed to pay another registration fee for a slogan. I believe that all of this should have been relayed upfront.
