What started as a negative review yesterday I am pleased to retract. Ran into a bump in losing a lot of credits fast. I would be mindful about checking how long your thread is that can cost a lot of credits as I believe each time he reads it all it burns. That aside Viktor is an incredible capable and well polished app. Efficient smart and does a great job. We are using him monthly and will continue. The staff will get back to you if you have issues and we’re very fair fixing ours.

So Viktor gives free credits to people for writing reviews, which is unfortunate because this thing burns credits pretty quickly. I’ve been using Viktor for a few months and it’s been a rough experience. It says things are ready when they aren’t. It costs a lot of money to fix things that shouldn’t be broken. If you check the Facebook ads you’ll see that people are experiencing the same problems. Viktor itself is a huge cash suck. It’s a giant risk to your infrastructure, and you can never get help from their support team.

Viktor has become integral to my fledgling side gig and is quickly turning it into an actual business. The integrations, ease of setup and use, and the “wow” moments have made me a user for the foreseeable future. I went from an idea and passion to help small business owners to 2 paying clients in a space of a week - things that even with my other ai tools and my 20 years of experience would have taken a few weeks to sort out, literally took a few hours over a few days with Viktor. Try it - use the free credits - and experience what I think most drug addicts feel like when they realize they’re hooked!!

I have been an integrator for almost 15 years, one of the real strengths in Viktor is its ability to quickly integrate with many applications, to stand as a product that can act and pull that information together and work with my employee's and myself across the slack system. I would recommend the tool and treat it like a trusted employee that can connect and integrate across platforms.

Para quienes hablan español, Viktor no tiene problemas en el lenguaje en que le escribas !!... Creo cada vez más estarán saliendo agentes quienes te ofrezcan lo mismo o posiblemente más cosas de Viktor, pero algo que para mi no tiene precio es EL SERVICIO DE SOPORTE. Aún Viktor tiene muchas cosas por corregiry todavía hay tareas que se debe de trabajar mucho aún, pero lo que los hace diferentes es la rapidez del equipo.

Ai is pretty cool. But in the form of a highly trained and skilled co worker… complete game changer. For people who have never had and executive assistant, this is one for your entire team (and they don’t call out sick)

It works very well and integrates with almost every tool I use. I’ve taken some of the tasks that I’ve hired out in the past and am having Viktor do it now. I just wish there was a way to keep the slack channel more tidy.

The product itself is genuinely easy to use. I am not a developer. I am a teacher and a nonprofit founder who needed a technical co-founder but didn't have the budget for one. Viktor gave me that. I have built an entire platform ecosystem with it, and I did not need to know how to code to do it.

There are things I want to see improved. I have said so publicly and directly to the team. But that has not changed how I feel about where this is going. The bones are strong, the vision is real, and the people building it care.

I am staying with this product. That's why I leave a five-star review today.
