Really informative friendly service. Was changing my existing prescription IOLLA glasses to prescription sunglasses which they did very well and speedily.

Process was very straight forward
Process was very straight forward. Assistant in the Edinburgh shop was very knowledgable and made it all very easy. Glasses arrived in the post a week later and are perfect.

The support/advice from the customer service was one of the best I've experienced.
I also attended the Edinburgh shop for a fitting. Along with me was my two little boys who practically rearranged the shop. the lady in the shop was just amazing.

Great service
Great service, first from the on-line assistant and then in the Edinburgh shop. The glasses were delivered on time and the price was very reasonable for prescription sunglasses. A great deal and a nice memento of our visit to Scotland.

Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have several pairs of glasses in different colours of the Bell frame and am very happy with all of them. If there were more frames for narrower faces I'd try them too.
When buying my most recent pair, the shop experience was great - Joanne in the Edinburgh branch was friendly and helpful, and made sure that the varifocal lenses I needed were available. A truly easy and efficient process. My glasses didn't take long to arrive and are perfect, thanks Iolla!

Recent Purchase
Purchased my new spectacles and paid full price just before the Black Friday discount and was unable to get iolla to retrospectively apply the discount.
Otherwise spectacles perfect and arrived quickly

It's always really tricky with promotions and sales as they unfortunately need to have a start and end date and ultimately some customers are left disappointed. It would not be our usual policy to apply these discounts retroactively as, as I'm sure you can appreciate, it would just not be fair to all the other people who placed orders in the days leading up to and following the promotional weekend.

You should be able to change your name on your Trust Pilot profile by following the below steps.
Log in to your Trust Pilot account on the Trust Pilot website.

Edit your name to what you want it to display.

Lovely range of glasses
Lovely range of glasses and so many colours and styles I ended up with 3 pairs, my favourite are the green pair a bolder style than I’d normally wear but make me feel great.
Really quick delivery and sales associates were so helpful.
