It has transformed and streamlined our ordering process. The insights are superb, and the speed at which orders are placed has dramatically reduced.

We've been using inventory planner for a while now and it has given us great insight into product sales and forecasting. We feel comfortable using this for all of our stock management and planning.
We've been provided with a lot of information to help our understanding of the system as well as navigating and tailoring the system to our needs.
We want to give a big shout out to Chan as he has always gone above and beyond when we ask questions or have issues that need fixing. With that being said the issues we have faced have been very minimal.
All round a good experience and very pleased with the system and service.

The chatbot wasn't really understanding the issue I was having, but as soon as Teresa hopped on she was able to solve my issue almost immediately.

Nathan was absolutely incredible to work with throughout our Inventory Planner setup. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel much easier to navigate.

The demand forecasting tool of Inventory Planner has a great user interface, and now that we have got the settings perfect, we are very reliant on the information it provides to our suppliers and our wider team. Special mention to the excellent customer service of Teo who helped us troubleshoot and come up with the best solution for our business.

The Inventory Planner is a very deep tool, quite complex to apprehend but you can achieve miracles with it.
The tool allowed us to create simple reports that cross data from all channels, warehouses. It allows us to make much better purchase decision then before.

I've been a customer since April 2000. No longer. They constantly raise the price of the software from when I first joined and I'm constantly having to reach out to support (which can take quite a while to get in contact with by they way). The support staff is operating on varying levels of knowledge and speed, but that's besides the point. The software hasn't been working since MAY 15th. That is 6 weeks ago. I reached out for a resolution and had to jump through a bunch of red tape. Two weeks ago I was told they FINALLY got some magic kind developer that apparently has a load of gate keepers and it's still not fixed. It doesn't sync correctly with Amazon. Your inventory levels are never correct. After Amazon receives a shipment IP says they variants are out of stock until Amazon checks them into their next warehouses. So when I go to make another order with my supplier I have to go one by one into Amazon to verify the stock. On top of that, they're showing WAY more stock than is available on other items. So for an owner who orders once or twice a month, and has a 30-40 window to receive the items into Amazon after ordering, needless to stay I'm constantly out of stock and am getting hit with low-inventory fees from Amazon. There are better products like Sellerboard available who will do what IP does and WAY moroe for 1/3 of the price. Avoid!

Helpful, quick to solve my problem.

We have been using Inventory Planner for over three years now. The automated reporting has significantly reduced our team's workload, allowing them to focus on more strategic and creative decisions. After attending an excellent Inventory Planner webinar in Q2 of this year, we are now focused on moving away from our remaining spreadsheets and relying entirely on Inventory Planner for all our demand planning needs.

We've been using Inventory Planner as part of our Shopify operation and it has become an important tool for managing stock levels and forecasting demand.

The platform gives us much better visibility over purchasing decisions and helps ensure we maintain availability across our product range without overcommitting on inventory. The integration with Shopify has been straightforward, and the reporting tools provide useful insights for planning future orders.

We also have a custom integration between Peoplevox and Inventory Planner, which has made the flow of purchase orders extremely efficient. Together with Shopify, all three platforms work well in unison, allowing information to move smoothly through our purchasing and fulfilment processes.

Over the years, we've submitted several feature requests. Whilst these have sometimes taken time to progress and have required persistence on our part, the team has listened to feedback and the improvements have proved beneficial once released. We appreciate that development takes time, and it's encouraging to see customer suggestions ultimately make their way into the product.

The support team has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance, and the software continues to evolve with new features and improvements.

Overall, Inventory Planner has helped us make more informed inventory decisions and has become a valuable part of our operational workflow.

We've had a very good experience using Inventory Planner. It has meaningfully improved our visibility across inventory performance, forecasting and purchasing, giving us greater confidence in stock decisions and helping us stay ahead of demand.
The platform is intuitive and easy to adopt, with Reporting being a particular strength, genuinely supporting commercial decision-making.
Our consultant Chan has been an excellent support throughout, especially as we added on more sales channels and operational processes! Some additional dashboards and a more seamless forecasting process around promotions that are not just BFCM or Xmas would be a great addition!
