You cant beat Internet Reptile, for both value for money and fantastic customer service. I have a rather large Exotics room, with well over 300 reptiles and inverts, I always look to Internet Reptile first when needing supplies. They hold a large range of stock, and are usually the first to offer new products that are released on the market, I am a big Arcadia fan girl, and it seems that Internet Reptile are too, as I always find what i am looking for here.

I have placed numerous orders per year, and I have only ever experienced two deliveries containing damaged products, which was obviously caused by the delivery service, both times replacements with extra's have been posted out either the same or following day after I made contact. Customer service doesn't get any better than this, and you will be far fetched to find their stock at a lower price else where.

The website is always easy to navigate and some of the best prices among all the online reptile stores. Everything has always arrived within a few days and always good quality.

I would definitely recommend internet reptiles for all your reptile needs the staff are always friendly and helpful and if you have a problem with your order they will always sort it out.The live food always arrives fresh and healthy.

I placed an order which got lost and it was hard to reach customer service to discuss the issue. But once I got a reply they were very helpful and offered to either replace the missing order or give me a refund.

Fantastic company, ordered from them twice in the last month alone due to their professionalism, not to mention they are the cheapest company around for good products.
One company tried charging me over 200 pounds for a product I got here for 87 same brand, same size etc.

Love ordering from internet reptile. My go to place to get my reptile items. Prices are unbeaten and delivery is always quick.
Plus I love the reward system and the live food subscription options.

Terrible service. Cabinet was faulty. Has taken over 2 weeks for them to tell us they won't replace as it was user error. This is incorrect. The cabinet was put together following the instructions and is faulty. They are refusing to refund so will be contacting the bank now. The person emailing and on the phone was rude and cocky. This is not how to run a business!
