Despite waiting 2 months before being notified that my lenses were finally on their way, 2 months later they still have not arrived. I have logged a complaint but that hasn’t even been acknowledged.

I don’t received my product. I expended more than 100€ for nothing. I emailed with no responses. I need contact or refund. Order #52005623

Hi, very fast delivery. I had trouble on the website with filing in my mailing address as it is different from my billing address. An email to you resulted in someone assuring me they got my correct mailing address right away. No worries. Thank you!

Interlenses was really fantastic about communicating their status regarding orders being shipped to the US. They emailed promptly to answer my initial question about whether their shipping had resumed, and then emailed updates as they happened. I was very pleased!

I bought the product and they never sent me it , they also dont reply at all , i dont understand

I was able to purchase my usual contact lenses for less expense. The order was correct and arrived very quickly.

This is my third time ordering and it has been great! They are quick to ship and I have had no issues.

I ordered 2 pack of lenses on 26 February , i got the tracking number at 3 march and since then the status of my order hasnt changed , the portugal post has told me the package hasnt even arrived there yet so they never shipped the product , mind you this is in europe albania so they dont have any excuse for this , I tried to contact them in the email form they offer which we contacted before normaly but ever since i asked questions about my order they stopped replying. If i dont get my package delivered or a refund i will be escalating the matter and ask for a chargeback from my bank .

The product has never arrived. When I entered the address in your system the full address was shown, but by the time it got to the confirmation notice a critical line on the address disappeared. I did not realise this until I got the notice that the order had been delivered, which of course it was not.

My friend bought me the pack and I will never change this type of lenses

I didn't know I only ordered half a year. Some clarity would be appreciated on quantity counts in the checkout cart.

My contacts got stuck in US Customs because Interlenses could not provide them with the Device Listing Number, required to import medical devices into the US. As a result, DHL could not release them to me and had to return them to the originator. I’m out several hundred dollars.
